Age will be relaxed for deserving and experienced candidates. (ii) Higher remuneration / Higher post shall be considered based on the past experience, performance in the interview, higher qualification, exceptional credentials and expertise in the relevant field. (iii) Apart from the consolidated pay, benefits like Medical & Personal Accident Insurance, Life Insurance, Mobile Phone reimbursement, Sim Card for official use and Annual Increment will be extended as per CMRL policy. 1. Required Qualification and Experience: a) Post Code No. 01 – DGM / JGM / AGM (Finance & Accounts) Must be a graduate from a reputed Institute / University, approved by AICTE / UGC and a qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with minimum of 13 - 17 years of post qualification experience. Must have exposure to MIS, Audit, Taxation (direct & indirect) and Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) and good at team handling. Candidate must have experience in corporate or audit from reputed organisations. Exposure to Metro Rail Industry shall be an added advantage. b) Post Code No. 02 – DGM (BIM) Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Post graduation in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical discipline is desirable. The candidate should possess minimum 13 years of post qualification experience in the following area of work with minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) from AEC industry. i. Should be able to prepare BIM Execution Plan based on employers’ requirement. ii. Should be able to implement Common Data Environment (CDE) and align BIM work flow accordingly. iii. Should be able to identify future BIM environment requirement in line with PMIS. iv. Ensure successful implementation of BEP for all stakeholder’s related to Project. v. Act as Tech Support related to BIM software' s for all the disciplines including architecture, structure, MEP, estimation and billing. vi. Should have significant familiarity with other software’s likes Nazi work, Revit, BIM360, Rhino, CAD etc. vii. Should be able to prepare the checklist for all discipline for model review and ensure all the stakeholders fulfills their desire LOD as per contract. c) Post Code No. 03 – Manager (Lifts & Escalator) Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics / Mehanical) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The candidate should possess minimum 07 years of post qualification experience in installation, operation & maintenance of Lifts, Escalators, Electrical & Mechanical Systems, interface equipment of metro / railway related disciplines like Civil, MEP etc. Desirable i. Quality control, safety procedure implementation, adherence to statutory regulations. ii. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards. iii. Contract Management Skills. iv. Experience in installations in large building complex like Metro Stations, Airports etc. d) Post Code No. 04 – Manager (MEP) Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The candidate should possess minimum 7 years of post Page 2 of 9 qualification experience in the field of MEP / E&M: HT / LT Electrical Power Supply Systems, UPS Systems, Earthing Systems, Lightning Arrestor, Fire deduction, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection System, Plumbing Systems, BMS / SCADA Systems of their BIM / Design review, development, interface management, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning in Railway projects / Metro Rail projects or any large infrastructure projects. e) Post Code No. 05 – Manager (Power Systems & SCADA) Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Post graduation in Electrical & Electronics is desirable. The candidate should possess minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in the following field. i. Candidate Should have experience in Design, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Power system (33kV & above), Traction substation equipment, cable distribution system and SCADA works in Railways / Metros. ii. Knowledge in processing of EIG approvals, Indian Electricity Rules and contract management are essential. iii. Should be able to conduct site inspections and measurements, safety procedures and material inspections. f) Post Code No. 06 – Manager (Electrical Traction) Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Post graduation in Electrical & Electronics is desirable. The candidate should possess minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in the following field. i. Candidates should have experience in Design, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 25 kV OHE (FOCS & ROCS), 110/66/25 kV Traction substation equipment & distribution system in Railways/Metros. ii. Knowledge in processing of EIG approvals, Indian Electricity Rules and contract management are essential. iii. Should be able to conduct site inspections and measurements, safety procedures and material inspections. g) Post Code No. 07 – Deputy Manager (Traction) Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Post graduation in Electrical & Electronics discipline is desirable. The candidate should possess minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in the following field. i. Candidates Should have experience in Traction system of Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 25 kV OHE (FOCS & ROCS) & 110/66/25 kV Traction substation equipment in Railway/Metros. ii. Knowledge in processing of EIG approvals, Indian Electricity Rules and contract management are essential. iii. Should be able to conduct site inspections and measurements, safety procedures and material inspections. Page 3 of 9 h) Post Code No.08 – Deputy Manager (Power System) Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) graduate from a govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Post graduation in Electrical & Electronics discipline is desirable. The candidate should possess minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in the following field. i. Candidates should have experience in Power system of Erection, Testing & commissioning of 33 kV and above substations, Traction substation equipment & cable distribution system in Railways/Metros. ii. Knowledge in processing of EIG approvals, Indian Electricity Rules and contract management are essential. iii. Should be able to conduct site inspections and measurements, safety procedures and material inspections. i) Post Code No.09 – Assistant Manager (Bills) Must be a B.Com graduate with MBA (Finance) from a govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The candidate should possess minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in executive grade from a Government organization / PSU / MNC / Large private company. The incumbent should have requisite experience in scrutiny of employee claims like TA/DA/Reimbursement, Pay fixation, Handle PF, Gratuity, Terminal benefits, Insurance & other statutory components, Scruitiny of manpower outsource bills for compliance of PF / ESI and other bills related to administration department and process the same as per schedule of power of the organization. Knowledge in Odoo / ERP application, MS-Office and Tally are desirable. 2) Selection process: The selection methodology comprises two-stage process, interview followed by medical examination. The selection process will judge the candidate on different facets like knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude and physical fitness. Medical Examination: Expenses for the first time medical examination of the candidate will be borne by CMRL. However, in case a candidate seeks extension for joining, then the second time medical examination expenditure will be borne by the candidate. To & fro travel expenses for the medical test shall be borne by the candidate.
