    PROVINCIA DI PESARO E URBINO SERVIZI PROVINCIALI PER IL TERRITORIO Indagine conoscitiva sulla domanda di servizi provinciali per il territorio (Funzioni di supporto tecnico – amministrativo agli Enti Locali) - Analisi dei primi risultati – A tutti i 59 comuni del territorio della Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino è stato sottoposto un questionario on-line contenente l’elenco di tutti i servizi offerti, raggruppati in aree e gruppi tematici. I comuni hanno espresso la propria domanda selezionando i servizi di interesse, con la possibilità di segnalare, per ogni gruppo, un servizio di valenza prioritaria. Nel territorio sono presenti 10 Comuni con popolazione tra 5.000 e 10.000 abitanti e 7 di questi Comuni hanno espresso le loro necessità, il 70% di loro ha compilato il questionario. Per quanto riguarda i Comuni più grandi, al di sopra dei 10.000 abitanti, 3 su 5 hanno segnalato i servizi utili alla loro realtà comunale. 3 su 5 corrisponde al 60% dei Comuni medio-grandi.     International Snow Science Workshop, Davos 2009, Proceedings Avalanches in the Sibillini Mounts (Marche, Italy) Alessandro Fabbrizio*, Giuliano Mainini ABSTRACT: Generally we are capacities to think that the avalanche is an event that happens in high mountains or inhabited centers near alpine zones in concomitance of exceptional snow falls. Hard work to believe that also the Appennine zones, in particular the Sibillini Mounts can be interested from destructive and sometimes tragic events. Animated from the great passion for going in mountain and for the study of the snow and avalanches we present a chronological history with also technical considerations on avalanches of the Sibillini Mounts of which news is had. The scope of this job is to show that also little ones mountain groups reserve surprises such to make to remain astonished also mountain people accustomed to see most very wide scenes. Since many of catastrophic avalanches have interested ways of communication and inhabited centers and also ski resorts, we hope that this communication is taken like an invitation to take the due countermeasures regarding these events from the local administrators and managers. We have developed four sections: - (1) Catastrophic avalanches on inhabited centers and roads; - (2) Spontaneous avalanches that interest alpine and ski touring routes; - (3) Avalanches provoked from visitors; - (4) Avalanches on ski resorts. ACCORDO DI PROGRAMMA DEL 25 NOVEMBRE 2010 Il Ministero deil’Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare e la Regione Marche hanno stipulato, in data il 25 novembre 2010, un Accordo di Programma finalizzato alla "Programmazione e al finanziamento di interventi urgenti e prioritari per la mitigazione del rischio idrogeologico” da effettuare nel territorio della Regione Marche nell’ambito del Piano straordinario previsto dal comma 240 delPart. 2 della legge 191/2009. Gli interventi programmati sono volti prioritariamente alla salvaguardia della vita umana attraverso la riduzione del rischio idraulico, di frana e di difesa della costa, sia mediante la realizzazione di nuove opere, sia con azioni di manutenzione ordinaria che straordinaria. In relazione alle disponibilità finanziarie, all’epoca, attingibili dalla legge n. 191 del 2009, nell’ambito del Piano straordinario previsto dal comma 240 dell'art. 2, sono stati individuati da parte del MATTM, della Regione Marche e del Dipartimento Nazionale della Protezione Civile n. 52 interventi che l’accordo di programma ha indicato nell’allegato "1” Tab. ArcheoLAB, Macerata (Italy) This work was carried out in the framework of the R.I.M.E.M. project (Research on Medieval settlements in the inland of the Marche Region, Italy.) leaded by the Universities of Macerata and Udine and having the aim to produce a significant contribution for the comprehension of the settlement process in the Central and Southern Italy during the Late Roman Period and Early Middle Ages. Then, an extensive gradiometric survey were carried out, by using a vapour caesium magnetometer, in the area included amongst the municipal districts of Caldarola, Cessapalombo and San Ginesio, sited in the area closed to Macerata between the valleys of Chienti and Fiastra rivers. Moreover, in the most interesting areas, a 400 MHz 3D ground penetrating radar (GPR)survey was carried out in order to get the precise overlapping with the magnetic method. The Magnetic method is now a standard practice in the archaeological research taken into great consideration for its non-destructivity and quickness and its capability of mapping wide areas in quite a short lapse of time (Bavusi et al., 2008).
