MEAT We source all our meat with the highest welfare standards in mind, which is why we work with Coombe Farm Organic (coombefarmorganic.co.uk). Our is from heritage breeds, Lleyn and Poll Dorset crossed with Blue Texel rams, that are grass-fed and grown slowly. Our beef animals are from short horn bulls crossed with the Coombe farm dairy cows, and dry aged for 28 days for tenderness and a full flavour.
