Sco Quinnell is a former Welsh interna onal rugby player. He has played rugby at the highest level represen ng both Wales and the Bri sh & Irish Lions. Sco currently works on T.V. for Sky Sports and occasionally for ITV as a rugby pundit.

Motivation Sco has represented his country at Rugby Union on 52 occasions, scoring 12 After Dinner tries. He toured with the Bri sh Lions twice, scoring 5 tries and has also Teamwork represented the Barbarians. A er a magnificent six year return to the game, The Hardest Test injury forced Sco to hang up his boots in 2005. He took up coaching, firstly with the U21s and later with Llanelli RFC culmina ng in a memorable win in the LANGUAGES: Konica Cup in 2004.
