Christopher‘s practice area involves capital markets, public and private M&A, transactions involving private Capital Markets equity and regulatory compliance. Before he joined Simpson Initial Public Offerings Thacher in 2011, Christopher was a Partner at the Hong Kong Equity and Equity Linked office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Christopher received his LL.B. degree from King’s College, Private Equity University of London in 1993. Christopher is fluent in Cantonese Corporate – M&A and Mandarin.
