Girlz R.U.L.E.®: (Respect, Understand, Lead, Empower) An interactive conflict resolution communication program that helps girls in grades three through eight learn the positive and negative power of their words and how to show and share respect for one another.

Live Healthy, Lead Healthy: For girls, being healthy is more than just eating right and exercising; it’s about feeling good about oneself. Girls learn about positive choices they can make from eating and exercising to how to handle stress in these activities.
