This transition is totally feasible, both technically and financially, and such a bold programme could be transformative for Wales. It would attract green investment, create tens of thousands of jobs and give Wales ownership of its own energy generation and distribution systems.

It has been reported that transgender people in Wales can face a wait of 4 years until they see a specialist, often even longer. This is a serious problem. Transgender people are being left for years without the specialist support they need, commonly just being prescribed anti- depressants instead of having the root cause addressed. This is inarguably a detrimental way to treat one of the most vulnerable groups in our communities.

The requirement for psychiatric assessment prior to referral to a specialist clinic does nothing but damage to both patients and the NHS. This is a completely unnecessary process at all levels, as Gender Identity Clinics perform their own mental health assessments regardless.

So it seems subjective where different age cut off points ,concerning money, come into play in areas. As if you're 16-17 you have to pay a full adult price for the bus but you're only given an increase in minimum wage when you reach eighteen. I am aware an increase to £5.60 may not be possible for under eighteens but as I said before any sort of increase from £4.05 would see a number of benefits for younger adults.

If you look at less than a year Scotland and Northern Ireland, none of the pupils there are forced to earlier. learn Gaelic at GCSE and these pupils English and Mathematics results are significantly better than that of Welsh pupils. I firmly believe that Welsh lessons are an extra burden on GCSE pupils in an already taxing education system. As a result of this extra burden, English and Mathematics results continue to be lower than that of pupils in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. In addition to this, 19% of people in the last census could speak Welsh. So why should all children learn Welsh when 4/5 children don't speak Welsh and won't become fluent after 2 years of GCSE lessons? I strongly believe that replacing Welsh on the

One cannot deny that Welsh Baccalaureate can provide as useful for some students, it offers work experience, and the development of a myriad of communication and organisational skills. However, all A-levels provide as valuable, yet the amount of value is dependent upon the student and what career path they decide. For an example- a student intending to pursue a STEM related career, taking 4 A levels in Biology, Chemistry,

Mathematics and Further Maths, is going to find these subjects undeniably more useful in the future than they will Welsh Baccalaureate. Along with this, a student wanting to take law, may find English Literature, Mathematics, Law and History more utilisable than Welsh Baccalaureate. Why should we ignore the needs of these students?

It would be far superior if Welsh Baccalaureate was optional, as students who would benefit from the subject could take it, whilst the others who do not require it would not have to. Our A levels determine our future, and facilitate us with the skills that will aid us in our future employment. They hold the veritable keys, do we not have the liberty to decide which door we unlock?

I believe this would mean that more money would be given to small schools like mine which would give us, as pupils, equal opportunities in learning.

I understand that this is a very hard thing to do, due to the welsh government only having a certain budget each year, and a lot of the money going into the NHS. But, I feel like the government could consider putting more money into education to help smaller schools like mine.

The issue is the Incest Because of modern technology and better education, people the world responsibility of the over realize that ACI is no longer the threat to the human gene pool it UK Parliament. was once claimed to be. From a human rights point of view, it might seem that incest between consenting adults should not be a criminal offense, and that if incest could result in harm to individuals or to society, that it would be fairer and less cruel to respond to that possibility with harm reduction strategies than with criminalization. Furthermore:

•Genetic testing and optional abortion of defective embryos might reduce the possibility of a couple passing on two copies of a defective gene to a child.

•Voluntary sterilization of either member would entirely prevent defective genes being passed on.

•It might cost taxpayer less to provide such services than to prosecute and imprison incestuous couples.

For too long the residents of Bryncethin have been blighted by high volumes of traffic along the whole stretch of the A4061. It causes many concerns for individuals and families including;

- significant danger to all residents crossing the road or walking where there are no pedestrian pavements

- significant risk to personal health due to increased air pollution, traffic speed and excess noise

Submitted Roald Dahl was born in Cardiff and this is something that should be February celebrated by our wonderful city every day, giving visitors a taste of the 2018 wonder that he brings through his stories.

BBC news reported in September last year that, "More than 35,000 people visited Cardiff for the 2016 City of the Unexpected festival celebrating Dahl's work" - why do we not have a permanent statue/exhibition in his honour? This could boost tourism on a more long-term basis, making Cardiff a permanent City of the Unexpected and bringing tourists not only to Cardiff, but also to other parts of Wales.

A statue has been erected in his father's hometown, Sarpsborg, to celebrate their links with the author, it seems totally ludicrous that we do not have a permanent celebration in place also.

It is time for us to celebrate the man who has brought joy, imagination and wonder to people all over the world, again putting Cardiff more firmly on the map as a city of culture.

The road surface between Culverhouse Cross and M4 J33 is concrete, not tarmac, making it more slippery in adverse conditions. Traffic often queues on the road frequently, and because of the considerable bends these queues can appear very suddenly. All of these factors, and others, make the road more dangerous than other high-speed carriageways, like the M4 or the A48. The A470, from Coryton to Taffs Well, which has a similar makeup - little to no hard- shoulder, close proximities to central reservation, currently has a 50mph restriction and I believe that the A4232 should be similarly restricted.

Language is the fundamental medium of all learning. New languages cannot be instantly learnt. Research illustrates that there will be around a five-year learning deficit before native English-speaking children will be able to learn at the efficiency of Welsh native speaking children in Welsh medium school. This applies to an average child. Working memory is the gateway to all learning. Language fluency opens it wider. There is a seven-year difference in children’s working memory capacity at the age of seven. Unless children can develop sufficient Welsh language fluency, then they will not be able to reach their full learning potential, which it is children’s legal human right to achieve in Wales. Professor Sioned Davies was a university academic. She had no legal teaching qualifications. She had no school teaching experience. She was not professionally registered, accountable as professional teachers are. Submitted changes held responsible for not following guidelines and the law. New structures April 2018 are needed to ensure social services keep to their job description.

I'm not saying that the resources and tools the LAC services use don't work, but I am saying the people employed by the LAC services don't have

the training or capacity to use these tools and resources to their full extent whilst lacking the balance of empathy and understanding needed to deal with the complexity of family/social life that require assistance. To offer families assistance with the struggles of family life has mutated into judgemental decisions being made from a fear of something happening in the future.

From my own experiences within the care system and with my daughter’s situation I can honestly say nothing positive ever came from it, which is frustrating when I read the guidelines and laws regarding social workers which completely contradict the actual experiences I and my daughter have had.

The social workers I have worked with haven't all been bad people, but the ones who care and want to make progress are pushed aside. There is a massive air of repressed emotion within the LAC system underlined with

a massive lack of humanity which leads to the whole system being viewed as child snatchers which is what the system has mutated into.

To make matters even worse ASD is now recognized as a mental illness so instead of addressing this and educating the system they all view it as another tool in their arsenal, which they use to pass the duty of care onto the already stretched mental health system. There are children dying, families being torn apart all because this work force is filled with workers riddled with fear and an unhealthy obsession with the past.

Whilst the courts’ backs have been turned social services are misbehaving, breaking laws and ignoring their work ethics and training procedures. They are so out of touch with families and children massive mistakes are being made, IROs don't care anymore and the mental health system is operated like puppets by the LAC system.

Not only that but this is effectively a blanket punishment for those of us that are responsible drinkers. They stopped blanket punishments in the armed forces as they are unfair so why does that not apply to our government?

If you insist on interfering in the lives on the common man/woman then at least make sure we get something out of it by making it a tax. At least then you can bolster the NHS with the added income. You punish us by making alcohol more expensive and then to add to the already bitter taste, the money goes to the already wealthy corporations like some sort of inverted Robin Hood character. It is impossible to monitor the amount of greyhounds destroyed once they are no longer registered to race, and they do not remain the responsibility of the greyhound racing industry after a retirement form is submitted to the industries governing body, therefore the retirement forms submitted to the Greyhound Board do not document the whereabouts of dogs after they are relinquished by their racing owner/trainer. are freely available and have been proven to be equally as effective visually, it is time to insist on a change.

It is heartbreaking enough to try to pacify a terrified pet – not only over Bonfire Night which is now Bonfire Week, but also New Year’s Eve and random celebratory events like festivals and weddings - but I cannot begin to imagine the pain felt by some owners who have actually lost their pets due to the random and often unexpected explosions.

Tragically this year alone, I have also heard of a dog that was killed after running out in front of a car in a blind panic and a horse being killed by running straight through a wire fence – both as a result of firework explosions.

Accidents are called accidents because they are deemed to be unpreventable. These tragedies are not accidents .. they are preventable. Which is what this campaign is about.

I am not anti-firework or anti-fun but I am totally against unnecessary suffering for animals and wildlife. Silent fireworks allow the visual effects to be enjoyed without the detrimental effect of the noise. They have been used in Parma, Italy with great results and even with increased attendance at public displays as owners who are normally at home taking care of distressed pets, can also go out and enjoy the silent but effective displays.

It’s not only pets and livestock that are at risk; on New Year’s Eve 2010 in Arkansas, over 5000 dead red-winged blackbirds fell from the sky. Lab results revealed “acute physical trauma” in samples of the dead birds, which was put down to distress by local fireworks displays. The birds flew into chimneys and trees as they tried frantically to escape.

Of course, humans will benefit from quiet fireworks too. The young and the elderly alike are often distressed by loud noises, especially children with autism and adults with PTSD. Even people on shift work would benefit by not having their sleep disrupted.

There are no disadvantages to switching to silent fireworks with none of the visual effects, celebratory aspects or enjoyment being compromised, negating the need for a total ban.

Let’s start being a bit more aware, a bit more thoughtful and a lot more considerate.

Fireworks were originally invented in medieval China around the early 9th century with one of the cultural practices for them being to scare away evil spirits. Ironically today, they signify ‘evil’ for many, but we now have a safe and equally enjoyable alternative – silent fireworks.

They could save a life.

As a class, we collected information about how many cars use the road in 15 minutes we counted 60 vehicles. We noticed many of the cars appeared to be speeding. This concern because if our pupils cross that road whilst people are speeding the cars may not be able to stop in time. This could be a catastrophe.

There needs to be a safe place to cross. Some pupils cross the A4069 daily to get to and from school. We suggest a pelican crossing is very important so pupils can cross the road safely.

According to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child-Article 3- the best interests of the child must be a top priority in all decisions and actions that effect children. Therefore something needs to be done to make this road safe.

The speed is often variable i.e. 50, then 60, then 40, and as soon as one is through the tunnels, the restrictions are turned off, and hey presto, the

queues disappear.

The majority of drivers are sensible and capable of adjusting their speed to suit traffic conditions, e.g. from 3 lanes, to 2, just like a dual carriageway.

if there are no queues BEFORE the restriction is on, then why bother having them turned on in the first place?

A Freedom of Information request has shown that the Foreign Office repatriated 27 women in 2017 to the United Kingdom. They were forced to sign emergency loan agreements to pay for their own repatriation that, if remain unpaid 6 months later, are subject to a 10% interest hike. They are also unable to access their passports.

90

Inadmissible petitions to the National Assembly for Wales, May 2016 – April 2020 Inadmissible petitions are published in the language in which they were submitted.

We believe that repatriation costs are prohibitive and overwhelmingly more likely to be given to women who have multiple protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 and the Human Rights Act such as race, religion, ethnicity and sex. Women should not have to pay repatriation costs to Wales following the experience of human trafficking, honour violence, forced marriage or kidnapping.

We believe that this creates a gap in provision in forcing some women to that is not conducive to a more resilient and equal Wales of cohesive communities that is more globally responsible to allow Welsh populations (including BAME survivors of VAWG along with women and girls) to prosper. Finally, these incidents that survivors face are deeply traumatic and lessening secondary trauma from state institutions will lessen the impact of domestic violence on National Health Service facilities, which costs £40 billion pounds a year in the United Kingdom and safeguard the wellbeing and mental health of survivors.

It is also hoped in turn, that should an item be clearly marked on the front, so all customers can see and understand, that the amount of non recyclable rubbish being sent to recycling centres, particularly around the festive period, would be reduced. Should this be a knock on effect this would reduce the amount of money spent on sifting out the large swathes of non recyclable rubbish.

Ultimately it would be hoped this type of obvious labelling system could be extended further.

Wales has often been at the forefront of introducing policies to reduce waste and improve recycling, notably the plastic bag charge. It is hoped a similar strategy could be taken here.

(50) microprocessor Submitted knees Wales is currently the only NHS area to not give patients access to these October knees which would greatly increase a person’s quality of life as well as 2018 reducing costs to the NHS in the long term.

Currently prosthetic wearers have to think about every movement they make, with inclines being a big struggle. Microprocessors have been found to reduce a patients energy expenditure, increase self-selected walking speed, increase walking speed on uneven terrain, and reduce stumbles and falls. NHS England reported that one study conducted on the microprocessor found there was a 64% decrease in the number of falls and a 59% decrease in the number of stumbles, therefore reducing patient injuries.

They are more expensive than standard prosthetics and there are unfortunately no published studies that analyse long term cost effectiveness within the UK. However, studies from other European countries such as Italy and the Netherlands reported a long term reduction in medical and care costs compared to currently used

prosthetics. Effective stabilisation can reduce future medical problems often experienced by amputees such as back pain, arthritis and hip replacements.

Patients who have access to the microprocessor knees have been able to return to work quicker than those without, and have been able to experience a greater quality of life.

Patients within Wales should be able to receive the same care as those within other areas of the UK. Losing a limb is a life changing event, and having better suited prosthetics makes returning to “normality” easier and less frustrating.

We therefore call on the Welsh Assembly to consider the obligatory muzzling of all sport hounds used in drag and trail hunting.

This will, additionally, limit the ‘accidental’ slaughter of foxes, and serve to protect the hunt members from prosecution for breaching the Hunting Act.

2. Obligatory pre-hunt publication of the route of the artificially laid trail.

It is also clear that during preparations for a drag or trail hunt, a scent is artificially laid.

Inadmissible petitions to the National Assembly for Wales, May 2016 – April 2020 Inadmissible petitions are published in the language in which they were submitted.

Therefore, the individuals and organisations who are responsible for the hunt must be aware of the geographic location of this scent or trail before the hunt itself.

We therefore call on the Welsh Assembly to consider the obligatory publication - to an official third party such at the Police - of the route of the artificially laid trail, at least 24 hours before the commencement of the hunt.

3. The banning of animal-based scents.

It would be extremely foolhardy to use fox urine as a scent and not expect the hounds to also follow live foxes.

So, we additionally call on the Welsh Assembly to consider a ban on animal-based scents during trail hunting, which, the petitioners believe, could potentially be a loophole in current legislation.

Desperate measures are being taken: head teachers are cleaning school facilities at weekends to earn rent; there are redundancies and teachers have to take on other paid work. At least one school’s governing body is looking into the possibility of closing on Friday afternoons which would create difficulties for working parents and teachers. Next, we hear our children’s health and safety may be at risk.

The Penarth Head Teachers’ Cluster have released a letter (see the letter text in the additional information section) stating that they believe the children of Penarth and the are not being treated equally with their peers in Wales due to the inequality of the funding across the 22 different Authorities.

The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 states, "A more equal Wales - where everyone has an equal chance whatever their background".

School funding is in crisis across Wales, yet the Welsh Government is expecting the introduction of a new curriculum; a new additional learning needs bill and for schools to produce 1 million Welsh speakers.

We already know that children in Wales achieve lower PISA scores than children anywhere else in the UK and have done for several years. But it's not just about academic achievement - our schools should be able to provide all-round education and support for all of our children to thrive.

None of the letter was sent in Welsh, putting the Council in contravention of the Welsh Language Measure (2011) and we feel that their high handed approach is totally unacceptable towards our Cultural Heritage and the History of this country.

We did try to engage the council yesterday to find out why they believe it is "advertising" and no one would speak to us or return our calls. We tried the office of the Chief Exec, the Leader of the council, the planning dept director of services, the dept manager and the team leader who sent the letter. We even went in person to the offices but none was "available" to speak to us at all as everyone, every staff member was in a meeting.

So we call upon BCBC to rescind their threats of court action and fines contained in the letter, we ask them to write to the landlord of the property to apologise in full for the distress and upset they have caused him over the matter and for them to issue a public apology to the people of Wales for their disregard for our Language, our History and our Heritage. We also seek assurances from the Leader of the Council and the Chief Exec that this situation will not happen again.

Councils in Wales require additional funding to maintain the services provided to the most vulnerable within their Boroughs. Councils are the major employer in their areas and any reduction in funding will also have a detrimental impact on employment and the ability for these vital services to be sustainable and to remain in-house. Budget cuts will result in more deprivation in our communities, and compulsory redundancies with services gone forever. Every million pounds not allocated equates to 25 teachers lost from schools.

Lack of funding provided to Councils results in disruptive, costly and poor quality service provision; the loss of employment opportunities; the depletion of reserve budgets; and most importantly the loss of democratic accountability if services are lost to the private or third sector. We fully support Welsh Government’s vision that everyone in Wales should live in well-connected, vibrant, viable, sustainable communities with a strong local economy and a good quality of life. For this vision to succeed we must safeguard public services which will in turn ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents with better outcomes for all.

Wiser allocation of finances is essential to ensure a vibrant, integrative social care model fit for the 21st century. Councils require transformational funding to be awarded to them in order that delayed transfers of care from hospital provisions is not the outcome for vulnerable residents.

The prosed timetable gives councils very real difficulties insomuch as all scrutiny meetings, subsequent Cabinets and Council meetings will now need to be changed. An outcome of this may be that Council tax rates may have been inflated only to discover at a later date that settlement figures would have allowed more flexibility.

Politicians and democratic mandate. Civilians We do not ask for much; we ask for no money and no action other than a simple motion. A motion passed on behalf of the people of Wales to recognise that the treatment of Catalan politicians and civilians currently seen in Spain is wrong, and does not have a place in a liberal democracy.

We would like the motion to express support for a political solution negotiated between Spanish and Catalan institutions that will avoid further conflicts and will not require judicial avenues to be sought for what is fundamentally a political problem.

We suggest a motion that reads:

"The National Assembly for Wales condemns the use of police violence by the Spanish State against Catalan civilians. The Assembly further expresses its disappointment that Spanish authorities have handed judicial sentences to Catalan politicians instead of seeking a political solution. The

We believe that this petition falls within the remit and competence of the National Assembly because despite addressing an international matter, it does not require any exercise of powers regarding foreign policy. It simply asks that the Assembly passes a motion regarding an international matter. The ability to pass symbolic motions on any and all matters is, we believe, within the competence of the Assembly. It is the duty of the Assembly to reflect the strength of feeling on this matter amongst the people of Wales.

rate of council tax for these properties, the idea being that the extra tax open or was closed raised will be spent on affordable and social housing for locals that will less than a year earlier help stem the decline of communities.

However, there is a loophole, second-home owners can now register as a small business, thus avoid paying any tax at all and receive full business relief.

It seems that the problem lies with section 66 of the Local Government Housing Act of 1988.

At the moment the second-home owner can avoid contributing to the community if they let their property out for a very short period during the financial year. By taking up this offer it is believed that over one-fifth of second-home owners are abusing this system, resulting in them not paying any council tax. Without a doubt this figure will continue to grow, the outcome being less money going to help our local communities.

We've already witnessed the demise of our villages in Pembrokeshire and other parts of Wales, due to the lack of affordable housing for locals, we don’t need to encourage yet more second/holiday homes by allowing this scam to continue.

We demand that this atrocious glitch in the system, which benefits the wealthy rather than helping the deprived, should be urgently addressed by the Welsh Government before our communities perish even further.

Submitted Council Tax - We call on the National Assembly for Wales to urge the Welsh Government Did not collect People are not to look into the way local authorities apply their discretionary powers to sufficient signatures July 2019 'just numbers': reduce the amount of council tax payable in individual cases or classes of (50) Closed Local Authorities cases. 19/01/20 failures to Local authorities have a broad discretion and powers to reduce the amount exercise of council tax payable which is set out in legislation. This power may be discretion in exercised in individual cases or classes of cases. Council Tax cases However, it is clear that some Councils appear to be fettering their discretion or not utilising their powers to the utmost when dealing with unusual cases regarding council tax exemptions. To that end it would appear that discretion is not being adopted broadly enough, fairly or lawfully in some cases which in turn is causing stress and considerable hardship to taxpayers already having to deal with unexpected problems involving their homes and who are often vulnerable. There is also the issue of burgeoning debt as a direct result impacting upon entire families.

The Welsh Government should consider strengthening guidance or ensure some form of regulation to require local authorities to demonstrate that they have properly considered each application under the powers available to them, so that discretionary discounts to council tax can be appropriately, humanely and fairly applied.

Taxpayers should not have to endure often many, many years tied up in a bureaucratic nightmare as is so often the case when matters are not

Wildlife organisations say they cause a huge amount of distress and danger to wildlife.

In addition they cause air pollution and produce toxins and harmful chemicals.

This petition is to ask for the ban of noisy fireworks to the public. Quiet fireworks are available.

January 2020 Save Bridgend This petition is in response to the potential re-organisation of post-16 The issue is the Schools' 6th provision across Bridgend County Borough Council, showing support for operational Forms ‘option 3’ - the retention of sixth form in all schools in Bridgend.

152

Inadmissible petitions to the National Assembly for Wales, May 2016 – April 2020 Inadmissible petitions are published in the language in which they were submitted.

Option 3 is defined as: responsibility of a local authority. The retention of sixth forms in all schools - the current position (ie a distributed tertiary model based on collaboration, but with further development in order to improve the delivery of this concept)

The point of this petition is we do not have faith in the consultation process.

We strongly oppose the idea of merged sixth forms at our comprehensive schools and are in favour of retaining our schools’ sixth forms, and collaborations between other schools in the county to offer more diversity in subjects offered in post-16 education.

In doing so:

Avoids the potential loss of experienced key members of staff at our schools

smaller class sizes

Pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) e.g. Autistic Spectrum Disorder, can continue studying in an environment where they are understood and catered for i.e. their right to Inclusion

Better tailored teaching to students’ individual learning needs

Pupils from families experiencing material deprivation can continue the education without the pressure of mounting costs

Safe and happy students -pastoral care and support from a school that knows each of its students

Preserves each school’s community identity and the positive role models provided by sixth form students

These arguments are in keeping with Bridgend County Borough Council’s ‘Statements of Ambition’.

Welsh post-16 funded programmes receive less than their English counterparts, placing the delivery of post-16 provision under greater pressure in Wales.

The consultation process will be completed by 21 February 2020 and the outcomes will be reported to Cabinet in April 2020.

This needs to change! It is time for Carers Centres across Wales to take control of Carers Assessments to give families better access to support and services needed. My aim is for Carers Centres to carry out Carers Assessments independent to the local authority and then the local authority provide the vital support needed by families.

February Revise the First Minister - we petition you on behalf of the 1,500 schools in Wales Did not collect 2020 2020/21 draft serving more than 400,000 children and young people and we implore you sufficient signatures budget to use the 2020/21 budget to deliver the investment in schools in Wales (50) that we so desperately need.

The proposed expenditure on education set our so far of £1.78 billion does not come close to repairing the damage done to education spending due to the years of austerity.

Budget highlights include £8m funding for ALN, but this will do nothing to address needs of schools where children need additional support. With 120,000 with ALN in Wales, £8m equates to £66 per child which is an insult to the pupils and their families who are battling so hard to get their children the education they deserve and puts school leaders in an impossible position.

£25m on rolling out a new curriculum in Wales is all well and good but when schools are in deficit positions, struggling to retain good teachers and support staff, and school leaders are coming under increased pressure, the new curriculum, although welcomed, could see schools struggling to deliver.

The announcement of £15m to help with the professional learning of teachers is positive, but we still need good teachers to deliver it. How is

that going to be possible when schools are down to the bone in terms of staffing?

There has been no mention of the consequentials from UK Government to Wales – Boris Johnson announced an additional £14 billion on primary school education in the UK between now and 2022/23, yet there is nothing in this budget that says what share Wales will get and if it is going to be given straight to schools.

We ask that you look at the budget again, find out how much extra money is being promised from Westminster for education through consequentials and commit to ring-fencing that money to education.

Education is not a cost, it is an investment and our schools need your help.

IMMEDIATE This is absolutely unacceptable and not at all doable. At this late stage EFFECT also, one would assume there is lack of safety / hygiene equipment left to provide workers with to prevent the potential virus from spreading.

The Government need to take the health and safety of our construction workers seriously as the has and send them home.

Across the board, family members who are most vulnerable are essentially being "forced" to work as they cannot risk the financial burden / complications of not working, whilst the companies continue business as normal.

I am not naive to the financial complications of businesses - it's a very challenging time, HOWEVER, Human rights, Health and Well-being MUST be the main priority and the Government MUST put a stop to this.

Surely a building site where there are groups of individuals, in close proximity, in your "typical" construction site environments would be deemed as a high risk?!

This petition is to gather signatures and support for the well-being of our family members who are in this situation. A means of creating action to be implemented immediately.

To conclude, the purpose of this petition is for the Government to take action, to close down all Construction Sites / Businesses imminently.
