THE FORTUNE HOTEL EXPANSION PHASE TWO The 2020 re-development idea is done in 2 phases:

Phase 1

The existing structure is kept intact, and the hotel stays open for business. The vacant land next to the hotel will be developed with a 200 room, 8 story high hotel and casino building. A limited parking structure will be built behind the new hotel development.

Phase 2

With the new hotel building fully operational, the old structure will be closed down and demolished. A structure mirroring the Phase 1 structure will be built, and a complete entertainment and pool area built in between the 2 twin buildings. The parking structure in the back will be expanded to a 297-car garage.

The fully developed hotel will be 2 buildings totaling 400 rooms on 8 stories. The ground floor will feature casion, retail shops,
