An Event Committee Hearing will be convened to consider further disciplinary action if deemed warranted. HOST HOTEL AND SHOW SITE The host hotel and site of the 2021 national specialty is Eisenhower Complex, 2634 Emmitsburg Rd, Gettysburg, PA. Call 717-334-8121 for reservations. Eisenhower room rate is $119.00 + 11% tax while the Aspire (no dogs) is $139.00 plus tax. Please mention you are with the Weimaraner Club of America. This is a group rate with a reduced pet fee. This rate is valid for 3 days before and 3 days after the event based on room availability. Reservations must be received by September 24, 2021. Please Note: - There are 2 hotels in this complex and both have been newly renovated. The Eisenhower accepts dogs and the Aspire does not allow dogs. -Pet fee is a flat fee of $50.00 for the entire stay. The hotel will furnish plastic for under the crates. -4 Dog Limit per room. -Dogs must be crated when left alone in room. -No dogs to be left overnight in the ballrooms. -Guests will be responsible for any sleeping or meeting room damages done by dogs. -No bathing of dogs in hotel guest rooms. A hose with warm water from the hotel laundry room will be available. -Dogs will be exercised in designated areas only. Grounds must remain clean at all times including immediate pick up of animal waste. Plastic bags and trash cans will be provided. Please use them! Failure to follow these rules can result in a show committee hearing and disciplinary action.
