Farshid Parsikia Hamid Janipour Curator Curator Farshid Parsi Kia was born on khordad 14, 1361 in Tehran. He is the artist, teacher, designer and author in the filed of art and culture. He is an icon ( one of the most im- portant faces) of 5th generation of Iranian graphic designer and he’s been working in designing journals, posters, advertisements, teaching and research graphics . He is also the manager of Dena gallery and he is the head of the Iranian graphic design commit- tee(association) and | Iranian painter association, and Parsi Studio . He had been also art manager of Chista journal. Farshid Parsi Kia is the 3rd of 4 sons of Kia family ( an educational family). He has spent his adolescence (childhood) in Absardar parish (Iran st, province) near the Alame Noori Seminary (school) and in Fakhr Abad (meshi st. Province) went to Malik Ashtar Conser- datory (high school). This member of graphic designer association received his diploma of graphic design major in (1999)1378, his expertise of graphic in (2001) 1380 and he had his bachelor in visual communication in (2011) 1390 from Enghelab Eslami Faculty. He has been edu- cated in history too. His first collaboration (cooperation) as a designer and art manager was with Chista journal in 2000 ( 1379). He has also experience of teaching graphic in the school of fine arts, institutions and different universities (colleges). The book (100agahi matbouat) -(2013) 1392- ide khalaghiat publication has been compiled (published) in the field of history of graphic advertisement and covers and it also has information about designers and advertising agencies from 1305-1357. This book is the first research about the history of Iranian graphical advertising. Onish Aminelahi Onish Aminelahi was born in 1972, Tehran and holds an M.A in Graphic design. In 1996, he established an advertising and graphic design studio named “Hamrang Graphics”. Since then, he has worked in his studio in various categories of graphics and advertising. His clients are well-reputed companies in Iran. Besides to his professional works, he teaches “idea creativity” courses and holds work- shops for art students. He also gives lectures in universities and writes articles for art magazines. Onish has been invited and participated in many domestic and international solo and group exhibitions. Many of his works have been selected and published in respected magazines and bulle- tins around the world. He has been member of jury and selection committees for different exhibitions and contests both in Iran and internationally. He’s been a member of board of IGDS (Iranian graphic designers’ society) during 2012 to 2015. Onish has been a member of planning committee for Establishing “Iranian Museum of Graphic Design”. There is the smoke at the far distance, As if the orange hue suggests the wall of a house is on fire, As if a white balloon (filled with smoke instead of fresh air) has burst apart all of a sudden. As if the dead one`s cloth is set on fire for bad odor , As if the smoke rises from an apple orchard, an orchard in fire , with all rotten to the core fruits. As if the smoke rises from a shop full of colorful dolls, as if .. The “Frozen Situation” is the personal narration of this “as its” , the sort of “as its” living for years in the back maze of my mind as nightmares, and perhaps there was no way to get rid of them but to show them in photos. This collection is a free rep- resentation of the situation in which individuals observe the incidents around them, far and near, like idle obervers or like passive witnesses. And the intensity of apprehension has driven them into metamorphosis so that there is no way for them but to observe and sometimes to follow. The incidents happen here and there, around us, and we are unaware of the fact that how much we contribute to the creation of the situation, the Frozen Situation in which all the existence has been metamorphosed in a moment, in a single situation, the Frozen Situation. Zahra Pashaei Zahra Pashaei is an Iranian designer,photographer, researcher and graphic design in- structor. Ms pashaie is a graphic design graduate. She has presented her art works in many international art exhibitions. she is an achive member of IRANIAN graphic design institute and visual arts institute she has published several articles for books, magazines and art websites. Zarvan Rouhbakhshan Zarvan Rouhbakhshan (b.1979, Tehran, Iran) is a curator, artist, photographer, art critic and teacher. He has received BA in graphic design from Faculty of Art, Science and Cul- ture University, and his MA in advanced art studies from Faculty of Fine Art, University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran, with an emphasis on research in art history, philosophy of art and photography. He has shown his photographs and artworks in more than 30 festi- vals and group exhibitions internationally and he also had 7 solo exhibitions. As a cura- tor he has been directing several exhibitions, workshops, and talks such as Veri-Realism (2010) and The Opening (2012). He is currently working with photography, installation, book art and interactive pro- jects, besides writing on the Tehran arts scene and contemporary Iranian art for various magazines and daily papers. My involvement in photojournalism started in1998, I was a journalist initially but after six years I became a photographer at Ham- shahri Newspaper. Since then I have worked as picture editor at Eshragh and Mashgh-E-Aftab magazines, as photographer at Hamshahri Magazine Group, Zendegi Ideal Magazines, Sib Sabz Magazine, Tapesh Magazine, Yekshanbe Weekly Newspaper, and Tehran Emrouz News- paper. I was also the Proprietary photographer at Sarnakh Magazine. I am now the picture editor of Iran’s Honar News Agency (Honar Online). I have had a solo exhibition at Ax Café, Tehran and I participated in four group exhibitions at Tasvir Annual Ceremony and one group exhibition named “be yade ebrahimkhan akkass bashi” at Dena art gallery also curate group exhibiton at akskhane shahr named final curtain.
