Philips Associates Scottsdale, AZ 2002 - present President Work with a variety of companies in setting up strategic plans, defining infrastructure, obtaining financing, and marketing and sales. Director and partner of Bell Systems Inc. working with clients to set up outsourced contact management services at Bell Systems’ India call center. Involved marketing and planning process definition, migration, scripting, agent training, and performance metrics.

Cyclone Commerce Corporation Scottsdale, AZ 2000 - 2001 Vice President, Sales Managed direct sales and customer service for Cyclone Commerce, a B2B Internet infrastructure software company with marquis international customers including Unilever, Carrefour (world’s second largest retailer), and Toshiba. Cyclone is a venture-funded firm which develops and markets software products to facilitate rapid, secure and auditable e- commerce over the Internet. Employed 130 with offices in AZ, OH, MA, London and Tokyo.

Landmark Systems Corporation Reston, Virginia 1994 - 1999 Vice President, International Sales Directed all operations outside the US and Canada for this $52 million software company. Responsible for gross sales exceeding $20 million annually. Landmark developed and marketed software performance monitoring suites for UNIX, Windows NT, and S/390 environments covering operating systems, RDBMS’s, web servers and middleware including IBM CICS and MQ Series.

Responsibilities included determining distribution strategies for various geographies and establishing and expanding two and three-tier distribution networks in various countries. Created budgets and sales targets, hired local country managers, coordinated worldwide marketing. Set up subsidiaries in Germany, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Scandinavia, Italy, Australia, and Hong Kong. The subs performed direct sales, local marketing and provide customer service. Directed staff of 50. Member of the senior executive team, and involved in overall corporate strategic decision-making. Landmark completed its IPO in November, 1997 (NASDAQ: LDMK).

Viasoft Inc. Phoenix, Arizona and London, England 1988 to 1994 General Manager, International Managed all foreign operations for this system software company. Built gross international sales from nil to over $15 million in five years, equaling 40% of company's total sales. Established successful subsidiaries in Australia, the UK and Germany, plus distributors throughout Europe and Asia. In 1994, the company won the President's "E"

Philips Associates Scottsdale, Arizona 1987 to 1988 President Independent management and marketing consultant, serving primarily computer software and hardware clients. Member of the board of directors of First American Health Concepts (NASDAQ: FAHC).

Transform Logic Corporation Scottsdale, Arizona 1983 to 1986 President and CEO The company's products helped automate the development and maintenance of IBM mainframe computer applications. During a three-year period, Transform Logic developed and introduced three versions of its Transform software, developed and executed a marketing plan for these $300,000 packages, and installed over 30 Fortune 500 customer sites, achieving annual revenues of $6.5 million

Financing transactions completed included a two-part private stock placement, an R&D limited partnership and a round, totaling altogether over $5 million. Transform Logic was publicly traded (NASDAQ: TLOG).

Informatics General Corporation 1973 to 1983 was a $200 million software company, later acquired by Sterling Software.

Professional Software Systems Division Phoenix, Arizona Vice President & General Manager This division developed and marketed turnkey computer systems for the legal profession. After one year, the division was profitable on revenues of $9 million. Negotiated a $20 million, two-year OEM agreement with Wang, making the division Wang's largest OEM.

Professional Services Group Palo Alto, California Vice President Managed the company's commercial IS consulting in the western US. The business grew from $3 million annually to over $11 million with 7 branches and 200 consultants during this period.
