Accommodation Packages ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES On the 27th edition of the VeniceMarathon, Oltrex - official VeniceMarathon Travel Agent - presents a selection of hotels located in Venice (island), Venice Mestre and surroundings, offering a full set of services to help runners and their travel mates improve their Marathon experience. You will find 2 types of hotels in this catalogue; a different kind of package is offered in the 2 types: VeniceMarathon Premium Hotels - Our packages include these services: accommodation with breakfast, early breakfast, runners’ transfer by private bus to the Start, non-running guests transfer from the hotel to Venice city centre, return transfer from the Finish to the hotel, reserved seat at the Finish-line stands for the non-running guests, VeniceMarathon info desk in the hotel. Easy Marathon Hotels - Our packages includes these services: accommodation with breakfast, early breakfast on the race day and runners’ transfer by private bus to the Start. Reserved seats at the Finish-line stands is a plus included with the hotels of Venice (island). Pre-race dinner on Saturday October 27th, with runners menu, is available as optional service in the packages, in many of the hotels listed. NO CHARGE IF YOUR BREAK ! Special condition by VeniceMarathon Premium and Easy Packages: if an injury stops you from running the Mara- thon, you can avoid possible cancellation penalties provided by the packages, simply by sending us your doctor's certificate. PRIVATE BUSTRANSFER SERVICE Both our VeniceMarathon Easy and Premium packages include private bus transfer (secured seat) to the start point on the race day. Our VeniceMarathon Premium packages include private transfer for non-running guests from their hotel in Mestre to Venice city centre (boats landing at 400 Mt. from the Finish area), plus return transfer to the hotel for runners and non-runners.
