Little Bar celebrates

itsThis fall, teen celebrate years the 13th birthday of Little Bar on La Brea Avenue. Over a decade ago when Angelo Vacco first opened Little Bar, La Brea Avenue south of Wilshire Boulevard didn’t have too much happening. Vacco started this neighborhood bar in a “bar-less” area serving, at the time, only beer and wine, and eventually upgraded his place to serve a full line of alcoholic beverages. “I wanted to open a place that reminded people of their bar back home,” said Vacco, who was raised in New England. “Little Bar is a unpretentious place to meet up for a drink, relax, enjoy friends and good times.” With music that’s not too loud and a friendly staff, Little Bar makes for the perfect evening stop. The bar photo by Stephanie Parkinson has 15 beers on tap, a full line of creative cocktails and a few wines by the glass.
