We are currently recruiting for our Aboriginal Foundations Program which is for individuals interested in getting into university, for those interested in professional development, and current students who would like to improve their essay-writing skills. Interested in getting back into school, taking some interesting courses on Aboriginal experiences, or even just adding on to your degree? Consider the Aboriginal Knowledges and Experiences Certificate! The Aboriginal Knowledges & Experiences Certificate is a six-course certificate offered through the Chang School, flexible for both students and those looking into getting back into school. TUTORING at R.A.S.S. We are currently seeking Aboriginal students in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th years—or Aboriginal graduate students—who would be interested in joining our list of potential tutors for the 2016- 2017 Academic Year. Tutors are required to have attained at least a B+ in the course they would like to tutor, and have a CGPA of at least 2.67. If you are interested in becoming an Abo- riginal Tutor please contact Amanda Thompson at [email protected] .

If you are an Aboriginal Student and you are having difficulty in your course-work and would like to work with a tutor please contact Diane at [email protected] with the course you are seeking assistance in, as well as a brief outline what is going on. Please note—it can take 2+ weeks to find and set up a tutor for you.

Indigenous Student Association (ISA) at Ryerson

What: ISA is a student-run, independent, volunteer organization.

Vision: In the spirit of cooperation and global community, we wish to build, amplify and maintain Indigenous voices and concerns in Ryerson and Toronto. For the solution of prob- lems faced by Indigenous peoples in the areas of human rights, culture, the environment, de- velopment, education and health.

Who: All students with a passion for Indigenous issues are welcome to attend.
