    Č Š ć Do not let Belgrade drown (Ne davimo Beograd) Initiative Do not let Belgrade drown was form in 2014 to oppose the Belgrade Waterfront’s project, the consequences and the way the process of planning and the legalizing the project was carried out. It attracted a number of associations, independent organizations, experts, lawyers, academics, journalists, architects and urban planners. Our idea is to stress the importance of popular participation in the development of the city We believe that is possible to build a new kind of solidarity and civic mobilization Giant Duck Becomes Belgrade Resistance Symbol Small-scale actions were followed by mass protests in 2015 and at the beginning of 2016. The watershed moment followed the demolitions of 25 April 2016, when citizens showed up in great numbers to protest, demanding resignations and laying criminal responsibility at the door of officials. We led the biggest civic protests since those that toppled Slobodan Milošević in 2000. Movement transformed into political organization which participated in the local elections. Key achievement is positioning of the topics of urban development and citizen participation in decision making process as one of most important issues in public sphere in Belgrade. Local elections, march 2018. We independently took part in Belgrade elections on March 4, 2018 as a citizen list under the name "Initiative Do not let Belgrade drown - Yellow Duck - Our City, Our City - Ksenija Radovanovic", presenting a program of 20 points. Support was provided by other local movements from Serbia, as well as Janis Varufakis, DIEM25, Ada Colau, Ska Keller, “Zagreb je nas” movement.

    UREDBA O UTVRĐIVANJU JEDINSTVENE LISTE RAZVIJENOSTI REGIONA I JEDINICA LOKALNE SAMOUPRAVE ZA 2014. GODINU ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 104/2014) Član 1 Ovom uredbom utvrđuje se jedinstvena lista razvijenosti regiona, koji su prema stepenu razvijenosti razvrstani u razvijene i nedovoljno razvijene regione i jedinica lokalne samouprave, koje su razvrstane u prvu, drugu, treću i četvrtu grupu i devastirana područja na osnovu podataka organa nadležnog za poslove statistike i finansija. Član 2 Razvrstavanje regiona vrši se na osnovu vrednosti bruto-domaćeg proizvoda po glavi stanovnika u regionu u odnosu na republički prosek, za referentni period. Razvijeni regioni su regioni koji ostvaruju vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda iznad vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Beogradski region; 2) Region Vojvodine. Nedovoljno razvijeni regioni su regioni u kojima je vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda ispod vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Region Šumadije i Zapadne Srbije; 2) Region Južne i Istočne Srbije. Pored regiona iz stava 3. ovog člana, status nedovoljno razvijenog regiona ima Region Kosova i Metohije.     Prethodna Studija izvodljivosti izgradnje RVS Dubovac-Zrenjanin-Kikinda-Knjiga 2 1. Uvod Brz razvoj privrede i društva i urbanizacija naselja u proteklom periodu na području Vojvodine nije uporedo pratila izgradnja infrastrukturnih objekata koji obezbeđuju stabilno i kvalitetno vodosnabdevanje. Neadekvatno rešenje vodosnabdevanja ogleda se pre svega u nestašici vode pri čemu posebno treba istaći neadekvatan kvalitet isporučene vode, koji u pojedinim regionima Vojvodine predstavlja osnovni problem vodovodnih sistema. Javno snabdevanje vodom u Vojvodini je orijentisano isključivo na korišćenje podzemnih voda iz različitih vodonosnih sredina: aluvijalnih sedimenata u priobalju Save i Dunava - "prva" izdan (dubine bunara do 50 m), osnovnog vodonosnog kompleksa - osnovna izdan (dubine bunara od 50-250m) i subarteske i arteske izdani - duboka izdan (dubine bunara od 250m do 350m) Problemi koji se javljaju u vodosnabdevanju prema svojoj prirodi mogu se generalno svrstati u dve grupe: 1. problemi vezani za resurs podzemnih voda 2. problemi vezani za vodovodne sisteme Problemi vezani za resurs podzemnih voda se mogu svrstati u dve kategorije: problemi nedovoljnih količina podzemnih voda i problemi neodgovarajućeg kvaliteta. Period od početka organizovanog vodosnabdevanja 60-tih godina prošlog veka do danas karakteriše se izrazitim porastom eksploatacije podzemnih voda na području cele Vojvodine (Zahvaćene količine podzemnih voda iz izdani koje se sporo obnavljaju (osnovne i duboke izdani) su znatno veće (4600 l/s) od količina zahvaćenih iz relativno brzo obnovljive izdani ("prve" izdani) - oko 1900 l/s. S obzirom na činjenicu da su izvorišta formirana u naseljima ili u njihovoj neposrednoj blizini, eksploatacija podzemnih voda se vrši na malom prostoru što je dovelo do sniženja nivoa podzemnih voda, kako lokalno tako i na širem području.

Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level.
