He is the author or co-author of two books, including To Hazard All: A Guide to the Campaign, 1862. o STEVE PHAN Mr. Phan is a National Park Service Ranger at the Civil War Defenses of Washington. Previously, he worked at Richmond National Battlefield, Hopewell Culture National Historical Park, and Rock Creek Park.
