This is one of our twelve programs at Great Plains SPCA. We are helping to reunite pets with their owners every day at both our Independence and Merriam Campuses. In 2014, we had over 1,300 Lost Pet Reunions – reuniting lost pets with their owners. In 2013, we had over 1,100 Lost Pet Reunions. With microchipped pets, we can often reunite them with their family that same day, but we’ve also reunited some pets with their families after being Drop off locations lost for over a year. for We have even reunited a pet duck with its owner.
