The application has been amended by the applicants following consultee comments. The amendments comprise changes to the design, layout, parking layout, mix, drainage, trees, landscaping and dispersion of affordable dwellings. 3. The amendments are considered to further improve the quality of the scheme to ensure that it preserves the character and appearance of the area and fits comfortably within its rural context.
