Why I chose curling

The reason I chose curling as my heritage fair project is because of a lot of things. First off my family has been playing curling for years and they always told me how great it was so I decided to try it out for myself. Shortly after joining curling I fell in love with the sport and thought it was great. My love of curling drove me to dig deeper into its history and how it came to be. Curling is such an easy yet complex sport that has been around for ages. I chose this subject to show everybody that curling is so much more than sliding rocks across ice.
