UCO AUTOMATIC ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS* Academic Scholarships are awarded based upon a point total using the following formula: (High School GPA X 25) + (ACT Composite Score X 2.78)* *SAT scores are accepted for scholarship consideration and are converted to an ACT score for awarding purposes. Example: (3.6 GPA X 25) + (26 Composite ACT X 2.78) Point Total: 90 + 72.28 = 162.28 NAME AMOUNT ELIGIBILITY DURATION Freshman Achievement $2,000 per year 169 and up point total 4 Years Freshman Honors $1,500 per year 163-168.999 4 Years Freshman Distinction $1,000 per year 149-162.999 4 Years *Students must complete the admissions process BEFORE February 1, 2021 to guarantee the UCO Automatic Academic Scholarship and students admitted after may not receive the automatic award. Programs are mutually exclusive. UCO LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS NAME # OFFERED AMOUNT ELIGIBILITY DURATION President’s Leadership 20-25 12 hours of tuition plus Minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA & 20 ACT. 4 Years Scholarship* a $2,250 yearly Housing/ Active involvement in student organizations Meal Stipend package** and demonstrate community involvement. Leaders of Tomorrow 20-25 9 hours of tuition plus a Minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA & 20 ACT. 4 Years Scholarship $1,250 yearly Housing/ Active involvement in student organizations Meal Stipend package** and demonstrate community involvement. *Leadership Scholarships include a one-time $1,000 stipend for a UCO accredited international study abroad/tour program. **Tuition only. Additional fees associated with enrollment not included in scholarship. Additional requirements may apply for Housing and Meal Stipend package and excludes University Commons. OKLAHOMA STATE REGENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS NAME # OFFERED AMOUNT ELIGIBILITY DURATION Oklahoma Academic Varies (Not $4,000 cash/year Oklahoma resident. 99.5 percentile on national 4 Years Scholar Program automatic) & full tuition ACT/SAT. Contact school counselor for application. Academic Scholar 5 $2,400 cash/year Oklahoma resident. Achieve one of the following: 4 Years Institutional Nominee & full tuition 30 on national ACT/SAT OR 3.8 unweighted GPA Program AND rank in TOP 4% of graduating class OSRHE Baccalaureate 12 $3,000 cash/year Oklahoma resident. Minimum 30 ACT on national 4 Years Scholarship & full tuition ACT test and minimum 3.5 unweighted GPA. Interview required UCO LEGACY SCHOLARSHIPS NAME # OFFERED AMOUNT ELIGIBILITY DURATION UCO Legacy Scholarship Varies $1,000 cash award Parent(s) or grandparent(s) must have graduated 4 Years from UCO/Central.
