• All Team Entries must be submitted online via EnterNOW by 11.59pm 11th April 2018. • Those teams with 1A/1B/1C promotion/relegations will be entered in their highest possible grade. Those who lose their promotion/relegation match will be relegated to the lower grade following that match. • Any schools outside of the Auckland Rugby boundary wishing to compete in grades (other than WAK 5th grade) will need to seek dispensation from their and also ASSRU Executive Chairman Brett Kingstone.

• Premier team lists (1A & 1B) must be submitted using the Premiers tab in EnterNOW by 11.59pm 25 April 2018. • All other team player lists can be entered into EnterNOW, but additional information will be requested by the ARU. For teams that have entered, a link will be sent on the 1st May and will open for teams to enter the required player information before the due date 24th May.

A team sheet listing the 22 players with numbers must be emailed to College Sport Auckland, ([email protected]) by 12 noon on the day prior to the Premier game.

All teams must have a teacher or adult with them at every game. This person is to complete the team sheet before and after the game where needed, be aware of any medical problems of players in the team, implement the rules of the competition, and supervise the players. Teams without supervision may lose by default.

In conjunction with the College Sport Bylaws, please refer to the ASSRU Constitution, Bylaws & Rules of Competition Handbook, where you will find rugby specific game rules, grade’s age limits and weights restrictions and increments.

• The Auckland Rugby Referees Association endeavors to appoint official referees to all fixtures, however if no referee has been appointed or the appointed referee does not turn up, it is the responsibility of the host school to appoint a suitably trained person - this person must have completed a minimum of either an Associate Referee within the last 3 years and completed the current year’s Rugby Smart course. • If no suitably trained person can referee the game, the game must not be played and teams will not receive any competition points for the game. Schools must refer to ASSRU By-law 6 Defaults, Forfeits & Rescheduling Matches • In cases where the ARU appointed referee does not turn up, the host school should notify Cody Nielsen at the on the Monday following the game.
