Vacancy Details Vacancy Details Marketing Assistant Job title Dirty Hit Employer Name 290-294 Latimer Road, London W10 6QW Vacancy Location The job role is for a Marketing Assistant, whereby the apprentice will be About the Apprenticeship assisting the marketing and digital team. This is the team that are responsible for creating successful marketing campaigns for each of our artists. As a Marketing Assistant you will learn about and be assisting on all aspects of marketing from digital, streaming, social media, asset, and content creation (videos, artwork, photography), webstore set up, physical manufacture and digital music delivery, audience analytics and generating reports, TV and working with external PR and marketing teams. Duties: Assisting with Marketing campaigns Creating social media posts Content creation Pitching in ideas Liaising with clients This role is located in London, W10 6QW, and will be mostly office based (dependent on Covid restrictions) with some external work when needed for example in other locations for video or content shoots. The candidate will be reporting to the General Manager of the UK Office and working alongside all members of the Dirty Hit team, and also external freelance and consultant teams both in the UK and Internationally. £18,000 p/a Weekly Wage Monday – Friday (10am – 6pm) 35.7 hours Working Week Page 1 of 4 Upon completion of the Apprenticeship and evaluation by the company’s Future prospects description supervisors, the successful candidate may be offered a permeant job at the end of the Apprenticeship. Employer Details Dirty Hit is an independent Record Label based in London releasing music Employer Description from artists across a wide variety of genres. Artists signed to the label include The 1975, Wolf Alice, Beabadoobee, Rina Sawayama, The Japanese House, Pale Waves and Benjamin Francis Leftwich amongst others. The team at Dirty Hit consists of 15 people working across marketing, digital, streaming, merchandise, and Artists & Repertoire amongst others, mostly working in the UK but with offices recently opened in Los Angeles and Sydney. Working alongside the team at Dirty Hit and All On Red, a management company who manage a number of artists signed to the label, and the publishing company, Dirty Hit Songs. The key objective at the label has always been to create an exciting and forward-thinking label with a distinctive identity, across the label itself and the artists on the roster. https://dirtyhit.co.uk/ Employer website About the Candidate Knowledge of creative marketing and communications techniques Skills required and activities Confident user of online media channels and software’s, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube Excellent administrative and IT Skills (MS Office, databases and a willingness to extend these skills through appropriate training) Intermediate level knowledge of Photoshop would be advantageous, but not essential. Music lover with a passion for creative marketing Personal Qualities Creative and professional initiative, a good attitude and a strong application is what we are looking for.
