At the request of young girls in the city district Lundby, a platform for open air dancing events was installed at Kvilleplatsen along the route. In 2018, a feasibility study will be carried out for creating a similar walking route along the Mölndalsån and Säveån rivers. The study will examine how these routes can be de- veloped, made more accessible and bring Gothenburg’s residents closer to the water. The possibility will also be evaluated of installing quiet walkways through the city where residents can enjoy peace and relaxa- tion. A feasibility study will be carried out for renovating the entrance to park from Linnéplatsen. Färjenäsparken, a city park of rich historic value, will be developed and extended all the way to the river.
