Thank You for Choosing the Go San Diego Card! Thank you for choosing the Go San Diego Card! This packet contains your admission pass(es) Your pass is required for admission at each attraction. Please print it out, carry it with you and retain it after each visit. NOTE: Please have passes for each member of your party ready to be scanned when you visit each attraction. How to use your admission pass Every pass has a unique code. A representative at the attraction will scan the code on each traveler’s pass, granting you admission. For special offers at shops and restaurants, show your pass to your server or cashier. Be aware of admission policies Please read attraction information for hours, closings, and special admission instructions. Attractions with the symbol require reservations. Attractions displaying require you to pick up tickets at a separate location. Pass expiration Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. Then, your pass is good for the number of consecutive calendar days you purchased. You have one year from the purchase date to begin using your pass. Enter by 5:30pm Have your pass scanned for entry before 5:30pm. You may stay at an attraction after that time. Start your day early to get the most out of your pass! Need help? Getting in: 500 SeaWorld Drive (800) 257-4268 ID will be required when using pass at SeaWorld San Diego. Last name of purchaser must San Diego CA or (800) 25-SHAMU match name on ID. If you purchased a 1 or 2 Day Go San Diego Card, SeaWorld is not included. For all other card durations purchased with Instant Delivery (Ticket displayed on your smartphone or printed from email) proceed directly to the turnstile for park entry. If you have a physical Go San Diego Card in hand proceed to the ticket booth to get your ticket. The Go San Diego Card is accepted for gate admission until 5:30pm. Those popular developments were Horton Plaza, an outdoor downtown shopping mall, and Seaport Village, a touristy restaurant and shopping destination built on San Diego Bay on waterfront land once used for shipping. But San Diego is being swept by the same retail trends as the rest of the U.S., and now both projects are being redeveloped. Horton Plaza's owners recently announced plans to convert the lagging shopping center into offices suitable for tech, while Seaport Village is slated to be transformed into a series of high­rise towers, with new retail, tech and tourist­related buildings set amidst parkland. It will also include San Diego’s answer to Seattle’s Space Needle, anchoring the continent's southwestern corner. It is a $1.5 billion project, to be built on 70 acres around the current site. More than 30 acres are expected to be parks and open space. While the decline of malls and department stores sealed Horton Plaza's fate, the current 14­acre Seaport Village is still prosperous. Its two­story buildings are a draw for tourists and locals, a San Diego version of San Francisco's Pier 39. Seaport's Village current tenant mix is made up of small businesses that aren't typically found in malls ­­ a kite store, a magic shop, a store selling magnets, and one selling tiles.
