Bungree Aboriginal Association is a Central Coast Aboriginal Community based organisation, which provides a wide range of services to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people residing on the Central Coast of .

HOME CARE PROGRAMME (HCP) 2017/2018 Program

The Home Care Packages Programme is part of the Government’s continuum of care for older Australians. The Programme is for people who have complex needs that can only be met by a coordinated package of care. CLIENTS The objectives of the Programme are: 17 SERVICED • to assist people to remain living at home; and • to enable consumers to have choice and flexibility in the way that the consumer’s aged care and support is provided at home.

Bungree Aboriginal Association is a preferred provider of the HCP Programme. As a preferred provider our service is open to both 16 ABORIGINAL 1 NON ABORIGINAL Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients.
