Marian University Football 2014 MARIAN UNIVERSITY FOOTBALL 2014 (naia: 11) (naia: NR) marian university vs. concordia (mich.) knights (6-2; 3-1) Cardinals (3-6; 0-4) SEPTEMBER 6 #11 KNIGHTS HOST CARDINALS ON TELEVISION IN INDY L, 65-38 The 11th-ranked Knights host Concordia University (Mich.) on Saturday afternoon at St.Vincent #16 Saint XAVIER (il) Health Field. Kickoff is slated for 12 p.m., which is a departure from the norm due to television. The game will be televised LIVE on WRTV Channel 6, an ABC affiliate, in Indianapolis beginning at 12:05 p.m. SEPTEMBER 13 Veteran broadcaster Scott McCauley (p-b-p) and former MU quarterback Clay Coomer (color) will at #25 wisconsin-osh kosh W, 24-20 call all the action. The Cardinals have only rushed the ball 280 times in nine games and have tallied 558 rushing yards. october 11 Ashton Gray leads CUAA with 165 yards on the ground and has one score. Tyler Steele and Beau Perry have split snaps and have amassed 1604 of the team’s 1904 passing yards. It has been six months since stand-alone side Williamstown held aloft the premiership trophy at Etihad Stadium aft er defeating the Box Hill Hawks in the 2015 season finale, and the race for the 2016 title starts this weekend. At the end of last year it was pleasing to see eight players draft ed to the AFL from the VFL – with the competition enjoying the most national NAB AFL Draft selections (four) since 2006.
