In the Albanide fold-and-thrust belt, fracture-controlled fluid flow Tled to the development of calcite vein networks in a sequence of naturally fractured Cretaceous to Eocene carbonate rocks. Fluid inclusion isotope data of these calcite veins demonstrate that fluids circulating in the carbonates were derived from an underlying reservoir that consisted of a mixture of meteoric water and evolved marine fluids, probably sourced from deep-seated evaporites.

    STUDIA ALBANICA 2008/1 Xhevat LLOSHI A CENTURY OF THE ALBANIAN ALPHABET The major part of the European languages long ago and without great difficulties selected their alphabets. Differently from them for the Albanian language to fix a unique alphabet it was needed a long period accompanied with not only technical but also political and cultural complications. This is the reason why the adoption of the modern alphabet is an important page in the history of the Albanian language, and even for the general history of the Albanians. Monastery Congress of the year 1908 is a linguistic event, and at the same time, it is a national memorable event. Only four years later Albania for the first time would declare herself an independent State. The Independence Declaration was written with the alphabet sanctioned by the Monastery Congress. It is a major testimony that the definition of a united alphabet, finally ending the use of a variety of ways in writing the Albanian language was not simply the closure of a stage in the language question; it also was a corner stone in the building of the Albanian State. The Albanian National Renaissance gradually through multiple efforts prepared the way to forming the national consciousness for the establishment of a nation-state like all the European peoples, and like the other Balkan nations appearing on the historical scene alongside with the fall of the centuries old Ottoman Empire. Monastery Congress was one of the greatest achievements of our Renaissance; it was the proof that the Renaissance efforts fulfilled one of their historical goals in implanting the idea of a united nation regardless of the regional and other types of split.

Ajo shtrihet nga jugu I qytetit te Gjirokastres deri ne kufirin Shqiptaro-Grek,pergjate lumit te Drinos. Kjo bashki perbehet nga tre njesi administrative, Dropulli I Poshtem , Dropulli i Siperm dhe Pogoni me nje popullsi 22500 banore dhe siperfaqe 448.25 km2. Duke pare gjendjen ekzistuese te disa rrugeve te brendshme, Bashkia Dropull sebashku me specialistet e saj ka vendosur te nderhyje per te permiresuar qarkullimin dhe aksesueshmerine e rrugeve si me poshte: Segmenti ne Kakavi qe kerkohet te riparohet eshte ne nje gjendje te keqe dhe gryhet vazhdimisht nga shirat. Objekti I rikonstruksionit te rruges synon ne rritjen e cilesise se rruges ,ne komunikimin me te mire te mjeteve dhe te banoreve te fshatit. Rruga qe do te rikostruktohet ka nje gjatesi 160 ml dhe gjeresi 2.5m. Trashesia e betonit do te jete t=10cm me zgare hekuri φ3-5mm (15x15cm).Gjithashtu kerkohet dhe vendosja e dy tombinove nje Φ800mmx4m dhe tjetra Φ300mm x4m ku rruga kalon ne perua. Perpara shtrimit te betonit do te behet shkulja dhe pastrimi e bimeve te vogla,si dhe shtrimi e ngjeshja e rruges me zhavor ne nje trashesi t=8cm. Gjithashtu po ne vazhdim te kesaj rruge do te shtrohet vetem me cakull dhe do te ngjeshet nje pjese rruge prej 90ml me gjeresi 2.5m dhe trasesi 10cm. Segmenti ne Gorice qe kerkohet te riparohet eshte asfal dhe beton I preshur ne rrugen ekzistuese si dhe nje segment rruge I pa shtruar.qe eshte ne nje gjendje te keqe.
