纤维增强复合材料(FRP)具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀性、非磁性以及良好的耐疲劳性,在过去的二十 年里已大量应用于各类工业领域。玄武岩纤维作为最新型的纤维材料之一,其性价比和环保特性与其他纤 维(如碳纤维或玻璃纤维)相比具有显著优势,引起了越来越多的关注。如今在一些国家(如中国,日本, 俄罗斯和乌克兰),玄武岩纤维的研究、生产和营销工作已逐步推广。此外,美国、韩国和欧盟的一些国 家(如奥地利和德国)正在开展一系列关于玄武岩纤维的研究项目。国际上一批相关研究人员、工程师和 行业组织的出现,为 BFRP 及其应用的发展做出了贡献。在中国已成立了 50 多家玄武岩纤维生产企业。

本次会议的主办方——玄武岩纤维生产及应用技术国家地方联合工程研究中心位于中国南京,是中国 玄武岩纤维技术的先驱和国家级玄武岩纤维研究及制备中心。会议旨在汇聚全球各地的玄武岩纤维和 BFRP 领域相关学者和企业人员,探讨玄武岩纤维和 BFRP 的生产制备技术、性能评价与提升技术,及其 在汽车、船舶、航空航天、土木/交通、化学工程和能源等多领域的应用技术。同时,本次会议还将讨论成 立国际玄武岩纤维创新共同体的相关事宜。

学术会议将于 2019 年 11 月 16 日及 17 日上午在中国“六朝古都”南京举行,17 日下午前往衡水会 场,11 月 18 日在雄安的“南大门”——衡水市召开玄武岩纤维产业推进大会, 11 月 19 日上午前往被誉 为“千年大计、国家大事”的雄安新区参观。

会议期间将发布年产 5000 吨高性能玄武岩纤维池窑化绿色智能生产项目:玄武岩纤维生产及应用技 术国家地方联合工程研究中心经过多年技术攻关,在取得玄武岩矿石原料多元均配技术、深液面池窑熔融 技术、可推进电极技术、长寿命漏板技术等成绩基础上,再次升级,研发绿色智能热工控制系统-电助熔及 纯氧燃烧技术、多排多孔漏板及智能多分拉技术,开展年产 5000 吨高性能玄武岩纤维池窑化绿色智能生 产项目。

Over the past two decades, due to their high strength, light weight, non-magnetic and non-corrosive properties and good fatigue endurance, fiber reinforced polymers (FRPs) have found increasing use as materials for a wide range of applications. Basalt fibers (BFs), as one of the newest types of fiber materials, have attracted increasing attention and usage due to their advantageous cost performance and environment-friendly feature that make them comparable or superior to other fibers such as carbon fibers, or glass fibers. Nowadays, BF research, production and marketing efforts are principally based in some countries such as China, Japan, Russia and Ukraine. In addition, a series of research programs on BF have been conducted in the USA, South Korea, and some countries in EU (e.g., Austria and Germany) and Australia. Moreover, there has been a growth and emergence of a viable and respected community of research scientists, engineers, and industry who have contributed to the development of BFRP and its applications. More than 50 manufactures of BF have been established in China.

National and Local Unified Engineering Research Center for Basalt Fiber Production and Application Technology in Nanjing, China, which has been a pioneering and leading research and manufacturing center in BF technologies in China is initiating and hosting this conference. The conference aims at

bringing together eminent scholars and researchers with long-range and broad vision in the field of BFs and BFRPs, who have carried out research in the manufacturing, evaluation, and advancement technologies of BFs and BFRPs, and the application technologies of BFs/BFRPs in various fields such as automobile, ship, aerospace, and civil engineering/transportation, chemical engineering, and energy, etc., from around the globe. Meanwhile, how to create a visible presence and voice for the BF research and development community will be discussed during this conference.

An academic conference will be held on November 16-17, 2019 in Nanjing, which has a prominent status in Chinese history and culture as the capital of China in six dynasties. Then, we will move to Hengshui (southern gate of Xiongan) in the afternoon of Nov 17. The Promotion Conference of Basalt Fiber Industry will be held on Nov 18 in Hengshui. On Nov 19, we will experience a city site-visit in Xiongan, which is oriented as a grand "strategy crucial for a millennium to come",

During the conference, an environment-friendly intelligent production project using large-scale tank furnace with annual output of 5,000-ton high-performance basalt fiber will be presented. After years of technical research, National and Local Unified Engineering Research Center for Basalt Fiber Production and Application Technology (short by "Research Center" below) has developed multivariate matching technology of basalt ore raw material, deep liquid pool kiln melting technology, propellable electrode technology and long-life drain plate technology. Based on the achievements above, the Research Center is developing green intelligent thermal control system-electric fluxing and pure oxygen combustion technology, multi-row porous drain plate and intelligent multi-splitting technology, and conducting an environment-friendly intelligent production project using large-scale tank furnace with annual output of 5,000-ton high-performance basalt fiber.

玄武岩纤维生产及应用技术国家地方联合工程研究中心(简称“工程研究中心”)是国家发展和改革 委员会(NDRC)批准的国家创新平台。它成立于 2011 年 11 月,是江苏省首批国家和地方统一工程研究 中心之一。由东南大学和南京建邺区政府共同领导,全国各相关企业参与成立。旨在成为国家乃至国际领 先的玄武岩纤维关键技术研发、产业发展和人才聚集平台,为土木工程、材料科学及相关学科的跨越式发 展提供强有力的支持。提出了玄武岩纤维的设计和性能提升技术,为高强度、耐高温、高耐碱性的玄武岩 纤维的生产奠定了基础,形成了自主知识产权,建立了玄武岩纤维生产应用技术体系,已成为我国玄武岩 纤维研发和产业化的重要平台。

National and Local Unified Engineering Research Center for Basalt Fiber Production and Application Technology (short by "Engineering Research Center" below) is a national innovation platform approved by the national development and reform commission (NDRC). It was established in November 2011, and was one of the first batch of national and local unified engineering research center in Jiangsu Province. It is led by Southeast University, together with the government of of Nanjing, and relevant enterprises throughout the country also participated in its establishment. It aims at becoming a nationally and even internationally leading basalt fiber key technology research and development, industrial development and talent gathering platform, and provides strong support for the leapfrog development of civil engineering, material science and related disciplines as well. It puts forward the design and performance improvement technology of basalt fiber, which provides a foundation for the production of basalt fiber with high strength, high temperature resistance and high alkali resistance, and forms proprietary intellectual property rights. The application technology system of basalt fiber production has been established, which has become an important platform for the research and development and industrialization of basalt fiber in our country.

Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu province in China and has a prominent place in Chinese history and culture, as the capital of China on several occasions. Nanjing was one of the earliest established cities in what is now China. Nanjing is one of the four great ancient capitals of China and its present name means Southern Capital. Nanjing has long been one of China's most important cities and has long been a national center of education, research, transport networks, and tourism. The city hosted the 2014 Youth Summer Olympics. Nanjing is commonly viewed as a "city of culture" and one of the mostpleasant cities to live in China. Hengshui, a prefecture-level city, locates in the southeast of Hebei province. In ancient China, Dayu, the first emperor in Xia Dynasty, divided the world into Nine States after his great work in flood regulation. The Ji State under Hengshui City ranked the first in the Nine States. A profound culture has created a generation of celebrities, such as the Confucian master Zhongshu Dong, Confucian scholar Yingda Kong, famous poet Shi Gao, literary giant Li Sun and so on. Hengshui is adjacent to Cangzhou and Dezhou of Shandong province in the east, Shijiazhuang in the west, Xingtai in the south and Baoding and Cangzhou in the north. Taocheng district, where the municipal government is located, is 250 kilometers from the capital Beijing in north and 119 kilometers from the provincial capital Shijiazhuang in west. By 2016, Hengshui owns 6 National Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Projects, 33 Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Projects, 55 Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Projects. Tourist attractions like Hengshui Lake, Wuqiang New Year Painting Museum and the site of Jizhou city can also be found here.

The Taocheng District is the center of Hengshui City in aspects of politics, economics, culture, transportation, communication, trade, finance, science, and education. The total area of the district is 383 square kilometers. Today, Taocheng District is becoming the most promising innovation and entrepreneurship city in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. As the southern gate and bridgehead of Xiongan New Area, the Taocheng District is only 120 km from center of Xiongan. The Taocheng District is also the important transportation hub in north China, which is at the cross intersection of high-speed train, highway and normal train networks, namely "Golden Cross Junction". The Taocheng District is located in the center of the urban agglomeration in north China and has a huge consumption market around it. Hengshui Lake, which is crowned as the first lake in south Beijing, is set in the district. It is a national wetland and bird nature reserve, known as the most beautiful wetland in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the "Sapphire" in East Asia.

雄安新区简介 Brief Introduction of Xiongan New Area

雄安新区是位于中国保定的国家级新区,于 2017 年 4 月 1 日成立。它位于北京西南约 100 公里处, 包括雄县、容城、安新。 雄安新区定位二类大城市,集中疏解北京非首都功能。在中国共产党中央委员会 和中国国务院发布的通告中,该地区的建设被描述为一项对未来千年至关重要的宏伟战略。采用先进的理 念和世界一流的标准进行城市设计。 雄安新区将建设一系列标杆工程,成为中国“无废城市”的典范。

Xiongan New Area is a state-level new area in Baoding, China established in April 1, 2017. It is about 100 km southwest of Beijing. The area covers the counties of Xiong, Rongcheng and Anxin. The New Area would essentially be a sub-capital city, as Beijing's capital non-core functions will be shifted to here. The construction of the area is oriented as a grand "strategy crucial for a millennium to come", in a circular issued by the Central Committee of Communist Party of China and the State Council of China. The city was designed with advanced concept and world-class standard. A series of benchmarking engineering will be constructed in Xiongan New Area, and it will become an example of “zero-waste city” in China.
