Essex County Council Locality Fund 2020/21 This report sets out how the 2020/21 Essex County Council Member Locality Fund was spent. Each elected member of the Council was allocated up to £10,000 to support schemes within their division. This report sets out where grants were approved and spend was made. There are some schemes which were put forward by members and approved but , unfortunately due to COVID-19 the recipient organisation had to cancel or postpone their schemes. These nominations do not appear within this report. All grants were claimed and approved in the 2020/21 financial year. The scheme was administered by the Council's Democracy Team. The money will be used to support this work. The money to be used to clear brambles and dig out tree roots and other debris, and landscape with sleepers round the edges and lay a weed preventing surface membrane to accommodate planting and accommodate two benches. Lesley Wagland Brentwood Rural Navestock Parish Council £ 1,450.00 Installation of a flexible partition to divide up the space in the hall. This would make the space more community friendly and attractive to groups who currently find it too large / a challenge for their activities.
