In 2017, the 13th biannual IRNOP conference is hosted by Boston University’s Metropolitan College. IRNOP 2017 IRNOP History IRNOP was founded in 1993 as a loosely coupled network of IRNOP I 1994 researchers and has developed from there, adding researchers in Lycksele, Sweden countries all over the world.
