Otkup tržišnih viškova poljoprivrednih proizvoda kupna vrijednost tržišnih viškova poljoprivrednih proizvoda: ljekobilja i šumskih plodova u 1994. godini iznosi 14.650.500 dinara, ocijenjeno je na sastanku u Privrednoj komori Crne Gore. U radu skupa učestvovali su predstavnici Komore, nadležnih ministar- Ustava, poslovnih banaka, Zadružnog saveza i jednog broja preduzeća koja se bave otkupom, preradom i plasmanom ovih proi- zvoda. Razmatrane su modaliteti obezbjeđenja sredstava za valorizaciju pomenutih bogatih prirodnih resursa. Preduzeća koja se bave otkupom, teško mogu obezbijediti toliki novac pa je zaključeno da se izdvoje prioritetni proizvodi i za njih iznađe finansiranje. Dogovo- reno je da u julu i avgustu prioritet treba dati otkupu jagnjećeg mesa, pelima, borovnica i pečuraka za što je neophodno obezbijediti 6,3 miliona dinara. Preduzećima koja se organizovano bave otkupom preporučeno je da se sa poslovnim bankama dogovore o konkretnoj dinamici i uslovima plasmana sredstava za ovu namjenu, zabilježio je Glasnik 1994. godine. 2005. Dualno obrazovanje u praksi redstavnici Privredne Crne Gore, Zanatske komore iz Koblenca i resornih institucija razmatrali su realizaciju projekta dualnog obrazovanja u našoj zemlji. Ocijenjeno je da principe, na kojima je neophodno utemeljiti sistem domaćeg stručnog obrazovanja, Ptreba uskladiti sa obrazovnim sistemima razvijenih zemalja. Za vrijeme dvogodišnjeg mandata Stijovića, Komora je bila veoma aktivna i podnosila predstavnicima vlasti brojne predstavke kojima je tražila olakšavanje tada veoma slože- nih uslova privređivanja. Bio je poznat kao privrednik i čovjek koji je insistirao na profesionalizmu i poslovnom moralu. Riječ predsjednika Komore Predsjednik Komore Vlastimir Golubović je obraćajući se istaknu- tim zvanicama kazao da su osnivanjem Trgovačko – industrijske i zanatske komore 21. aprila 1928. godine privrednici toga doba ja- sno iskazali zrelost i opredjeljenja da na organizovan način pro- movišu nacionalnu privredu i ostvare postavljene ciljeve. - Od početničkog stvaralačkog pregnuća do modernog predu- zetničkog duha Komora predstavlja priču o našim počecima i podsjećanje na ljude koji su gradili crnogorsku privredu. Ovakav događaj prilika je da se sjetimo i izrazimo najdublje poštovanje plejadi privrednika koji su bili na čelu ove institucije od njenog osnivanja do danas. Zadovoljstvo mi je što su neki od njih i večeras sa nama – rekao je Golubović. Osnivanjem svoje Komore, dodaje on, tada mala i nerazvijena privreda je još prije devet decenija pokazala spremnost da usvaja savremene koncepte i slijedi progresivne trendove u nastojanju da se ne pomiri sa statusom i izbori dostojno mjesto u porodici evropskih država. Privredna komora je dijelila sva iskušenja vremena u kom je radila i nosila je teret političkih i strukturnih promjena kroz izgradnju organizacionog modela dovoljno fleksibilnog da pređe put od dr- žavnog intervencionizma do otvorene tržišne privrede. - Obnovom državne samostalnosti, Komora kao jedini legitimni predstavnik cjelokupne privrede, zajedno sa Vladom u kontinuite- tu učestvuje u kreiranju razvojne agende prilagođene nacionalnim interesima i ciljevima. Izvjesnost i sigurnost za poslovnu zajedni- cu dodatno su osnaženi učlanjenjem u NATO Savez i izvjesnom perspektivom ulaska u Evropsku uniju – rekao je Golubović. Naglašava da je Privredna komora ime koje se s poštovanjem pominje u zemlji i inostranstvu, jer označava i asocira na istraj- sebično podržavao i pomagao Privrednu komoru Crne Gore u na- nost i postojanost organizacije koju je vrijeme potvrdilo kao neza- stojanjima da unaprijedi rad, poboljša pravni okvir, te poveže pri- mjenljiv oslonac poslovne zajednice. The papers are from various fi elds of sports science - biomechan- ics, physiology, sports medicine, anthropology, methodology and other areas of sports. In this paper, we classifi ed works by fi elds, method of address analysis and found that the most numerous works from the physiology of sports, which are the most cited and best quoted in scientifi c databases. We have also established that the published works had themes - the most up-to-date tendencies in sports science. These research can be useful for further theoretical research, as well as for theoreticians. The authors of the works are researchers from all over the world, as well as the editorial board. The MJSSM includes works from exact disciplines, primarily physiology of sports, as well as from so- cial sciences, thus achieving a synergistic eff ect. The highly cited topics in the fi eld of physiology of sports are raised by the work of social sciences. These topics when they fi nd themselves in the magazine with a social label increase their own visibility. GENERAL PROVISIONS Concept Article 1 Sport shall mean an organized physical or other activity, i.e. activity carried out according to established rules with the aim of preserving, improving and developing psychophysical abilities and competencies related to sports, satisfying the needs for movement and play, sportive expression and creativity, and achievement of results in sports at all levels. Definition of Sport Article 2 Sport is an activity of public interest, which comprises in particular: 1) training for performing sport activities; 2) organizing and conducting sport preparations, i.e. training; 3) participation in sporting competitions; 4) organizing sporting events; 5) organizing and implementing sporting recreation. Sporting activities include as well extra-curricular school and university sport activities. Sporting activities are performed by sport entities in accordance with this law and sport rules. Sport Principles Article 3 Sport is based on principles of free will, partnership, affinity, ability, professional work and scientific knowledge.
