The First Integrated Casino Resort in Cyprus – City of Dreams Mediterranean Description and Factsheet The first integrated casino resort (“ICR”) in Cyprus, City of Dreams Mediterranean, which is expected to be the largest and premier integrated destination resort in Europe. A world leading development and landmark for Cyprus and the wider region, the casino resort is set to boost tourism in Cyprus attracting an additional 300,000 tourists annually and contributing significantly to alleviating seasonality. During the construction period, the project is expected to create around 4,000 jobs per year in Cyprus. Once the resort is fully operational, the resort is expected to contribute to approximately 2,400 permanent jobs. After the second year of operation, the Integrated Casino- Resort is expected to contribute approximately €700 million per year to the Cypriot economy, amounting to around 4% of the country’s annual GDP. A temporary casino, Cyprus Casinos Limassol (“C2 Limassol”), opened to the public on 28 June 2018 and will operate until City of Dreams Mediterranean is completed. The Company is currently operating a temporary casino, the first casino in the Republic of Cyprus, and four satellite casinos (the “Cyprus Casinos”). Upon the opening of City of Dreams Mediterranean, the Company will also continue to operate the four satellite casinos while operation of the temporary casino will cease. The Company also holds equity interests in Crown Resorts Limited (“Crown”), a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and which operates two of Australia’s leading integrated resorts, Crown Melbourne Entertainment Complex and Crown Perth Entertainment Complex. In the United Kingdom, Crown operates Crown Aspinalls, a high-end licensed casino in London. Crown’s development projects include the Crown Sydney Hotel Resort at Barangaroo on Sydney Harbour.
