With the end of the 2023 farm bill only a year away, learn about and discuss the main issues that will drive the congressional debate next year, possible areas of contention that could delay passage, and how the incoming administration may impact its reach. He directs the Association’s policy activities, with a specific focus on environment and international trade policy. Previously, Bowen served as Legislative Assistant to a member of the United States House of Representatives and managed a policy portfolio that included agriculture, environment,
