Programs such as Let’s Move! and Live Healthy Iowa have created popular topics of discussion in schools, afterschool programs and recreation camps. National leaders, celebrities and local government officials have issued the challenge to get active and eat healthy. Iowa 4-H has accepted that challenge by providing even more programs to teach youth about getting active and eating right to stay healthy.
