Viking's Longships hold only 190 passengers creating an intimate travel experience, which is why they sell out quickly. We have been on many Viking River Cruises and have the utmost confidence in their company and how they operate their tours and are extremely excited to offer their Passion Play & Danube River Cruise Package to you. Although Viking Cruise Lines has other itineraries and dates available for you to choose from, there are benefits of selecting this cruise itinerary and departure date. First, as a group booking, a $125.00 per person discount will be applied to this cruise package price. This group discount applies only to this itinerary and these cruise dates. You only receive this exclusive group discount if you book this cruise through us. Second, for this group booking, we have negotiated the final payment to be deferred from December 31, 2020 to August 1, 2021. Third, you will have an opportunity to travel with other people near your area, and if the group size is at least 32 people, the tour will be escorted by B&S Excursions. Please keep in mind, when you commit to booking this cruise/tour, there is no guarantee it will be escorted, and you may have to make your own transportation arrangements to the airport. Shelly and I have been to all of the stops on the itinerary and each place has a special uniqueness to it. This truly is "first come, first travel". Viking has a limited number of cruises available and their ships can accommodate fewer than 200 passengers, and we know this cruise will sell out quickly because of the Passion Play. If you are interested in this tour, it is imperative you contact us immediately. If you are not interested in the Danube River Cruise or the dates we have selected do not work for you, please contact us so we can research alternative rivers (Rhine River) or dates that fit your calendar. For those of you that really aren't into cruising, we can offer you a wide selection of land tours with Collette Vacations. We have worked with Collette for decades, sending dozens of our individual clients on tours all over the World. We know you will be in great hands. If this is something you would like to consider, please let us send you some information. Please contact us at [email protected] or phone us at (765)730-5461 for pricing and availability. • Mystery Shopper on Your Journey Around Cadbury World - It Is Your Opinion
Study Tour Booklet Topics covered in this booklet are: Customer needs Communication Presentation of staff Customer records Created by S McLoughlin and C Marsh 2005 (Education Consultants) Cadbury World Cadbury World is the UK’s leading paid admission visitor centre, and it’s the 30th biggest tourist attraction (Visit Britain “Visits to Tourist Attractions 2002) it was opened at a cost of £5.9 million, in 1990. It was seen as a new venture into leisure, to rival other leisure attraction operators, but was principally a public relations tool, which quickly became a popular half-day visit for devotees of Cadbury’s chocolate, of all ages. Cadbury World is owned by Cadbury U.K. It is self-contained in that it has no direct responsibility for the marketing of individual confectionery brands, although there is a major (unquantified) contribution to the image of the Cadbury master-brand. The original vision for Cadbury World was to be an alternative attraction for the many thousands of members of the public denied access to the Bournville factory since 1969. Factory tours ceased around the time of the merger between Cadbury and Schweppes. In setting up Cadbury World, in the face of strict health and safety and hygiene legislation, the vision was to underpin the central message of “Cadbury means chocolate means fun” with the interpretation of cocoa and Cadbury’s chocolate both past and present. Later, the vision developed as follows: To significantly enhance consumers’ perceptions of Cadbury and develop long term brand loyalty by: • Giving the visitor a memorable and enjoyable, uniquely Cadbury chocolate experience • Offering high quality and good value for money • Delivering Cadbury values of fun and family, whilst achieving a break-even cost target for Cadbury Limited.

  • About Asheville Suggested Activities Hop on Hop Off Trolley Tour The
About Asheville There’s something about Asheville that makes its blend of remote Appalachian charm and cosmopolitan sophistication seem perfectly natural. The city abounds in cultural attractions and events, many stemming from the literary greats who have lived here. Thomas Wolfe, Carl Sandburg, and O. Henry have all called Asheville home. The area’s spectacular beauty led millionaire George W. Vanderbilt to locate Biltmore, his castle-like mansion, in Asheville, and the city has historically been a resort for the wealthy. But there’s also a friendly, small-town atmosphere – the city has a way of making visitors feel right at home. Located at the confluence of two rivers and nestled in the mountains, Asheville is a magnet for outdoor enthusiasts who have their pick of hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning and many other year-round activities. Architecture buffs can study the Art Deco city hall, turn-of-the-century houses and Tudor-style home. Asheville is home to the second largest collection of art deco architecture in the south. So breathe in the fresh mountain air, take a spin along the Blue Ridge Parkway – “America’s most scenic drive” and soak up the beauty and spirit of this lovely mountain city.
