Print out the Confi dential Reference Form and ask each person to return it to you in a sealed envelope or to send it directly to the International Exchange Coordinator, Moore Hall 316. q UHM transcript and/or other college transcripts q Evidence of fi nancial ability to participate in the international exchange program (letter from your bank verifying your account balance, proof that you will be receiving fi nancial aid or a scholarship, etc.) For information on your estimated expenses at the partner institution, see the International Exchange Coordinator. q Photocopy of your passport identifi cation page q Two passport photos (additional photos may be needed depending on partner university requirements) You are required to meet personally with the International Exchange Coordinator to discuss your plans and goals. Upon being approved as a UHM exchange student, you will also be asked to complete application materials from the partner institution and an Academic Advising Agreement. Application materials (not including partner university application materials and Academic Advising Agreement) are due by the deadlines listed above and should be submitted to the International Exchange Coordinator.
