Evaluated survivability of electronic components on composite circuit cards to flight and qualification vibration loading. BOEING, Canoga Park, CA 1999 – 2005 Structural Engineer, Rocketdyne 2003 – 2005 Advanced Tactical Laser (ATL) aircraft . Lead structural dynamist solving stress and dynamics issues related to installing high energy chemical laser equipment on a modified C-130H aircraft. Reviewed optical isolator design and simulated response of an isolated composite laser bench and optics to flight vibration excitation (uncorrelated random measured in aircraft flight testing). Performed nonlinear structural analysis at the C-130H floor tie-down locations to evaluate crash conditions on chemical equipment. The system was successfully flight tested in 2009.
