Veteran’s Day We have a few events coming up that we hope you are able to attend. LuncheonN11/8 The first is our annual Meet the Candidates Day on Thursday, Oct. 17th from 11:00 am M 1:00 pm. This is a meet and greet, where candidates Winter BallN12/14 come to introduce themselves to you and talk oneonone with our members. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to learn about what a Highlights: candidate’s platform is, and why they should receive your vote in Events page 5 November. Member News page 6 We are also hosting our annual Halloween Luncheon on Thursday, Oct. Program News 31st at 11:30 am. There will be prizes for categories of costumes so please pages 710 dress to impress! It is always a fun event, you can sign up at the Center. Volunteer News pages 11 & 12 For the month of November, there are also several events scheduled Social Enterprises including our Veteran’s Day Luncheon for our Parkway members, which page 13 will be held on Friday, Nov. 8th starting at 11:00 am. This event is to honor Trips page 14 all our veterans and to say thank you for serving our country. We will also honor our Vietnam Veterans, who have not received their 50th Anniversary Wish List Commemoration Lapel Pin. Invitations will be sent to all our veterans.
