ADRA 2015 was a big year for the humanitarian world. The new goals also differ from the MDGs in that they call for action by all countries—rich, poor, and middle income—to promote prosperity while protecting the planet. They call for the mobilization of governments, the private sector, and civil society to work toward the achievement of these common goals.

ADRA is committed to continuing our contribution to the global development agenda, and will continue to work closely with our part- ners and local communities to eradicate poverty and inequality.
