DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY Day 1 Disembark your ship this morning and waste no time getting to know Perth. See the unique architecture and soak up the soaring skyscrapers before making your way to Cottesloe Beach for a brief stop to watch surfers in their element and admire the beauty of Western Australia’s gorgeous shoreside. At the State War Memorial at Kings Park, take in stunning views of the Perth skyline, then embark on a lunch cruise* along the Swan River. Unwind as you enjoy a gourmet lunch menu and view an abundance of bird and marine life and see the famous bells from St. Martins in the Fields London in all their glory. From the Observation Deck, marvel at panoramic views of the Swan River, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, City of Perth, and the Darling Range. Check in to the Ritz Carlton hotel and savor dinner at the hotel’s Hearth Restaurant. Please note: This is a shared cruise with other guests outside of your assigned group. Day 2 Following breakfast this morning, enjoy a full day in the Swan Valley. In Guildford, discover beautifully restored heritage buildings and historic attractions, offering engaging insight into the Indigenous and colonial history of Western Australia. The Swan Valley is Western Australia’s oldest wine region, and you begin your winery experience at Sandalford Wines. Following your tour, create your own original blend of wine before sitting down to a three-course lunch in the winery’s multi-award-winning restaurant. Your second wine tasting of the day is at Lancaster Winery—boasting some of the oldest vines in the Swan Valley. Next, indulge your sweet tooth with a stop at The Margaret River Chocolate Company, then your food journey continues with a visit to Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery where you will learn of the history surrounding Indigenous bush foods*. Return to the Ritz Carlton for an evening at your leisure. Relax in comfort with in-room dining or take to the streets and become a local for the evening as you sit down to dinner and drinks at a nearby restaurant or cafe. Please note: This experience requires a minimum of five guests to operate private sessions. For groups of 4 and below, a shared experience will be arranged with guests outside of your assigned group. Day 3 After breakfast, enjoy some free time to unwind or explore Perth on your own. Be back at the hotel by the pre- arranged hour when you’ll be transferred to Perth airport for your onward flight home.
