For those wishing to stage photographs During the ceremony, we request that photos be taken only from your seat. A backdrop has been placed in the Midway Room of the Civic Center for use by graduates and guests. 1 GRADUATION WITH UNIVERSITY HONORS Undergraduate students must complete a minimum of 56 graded hours of coursework at Salisbury University, in which at least 30 hours of 300/400-level courses are completed with grades of A, B or C. In addition, students must have minimum Salisbury University grade point averages as follows: CUM LAUDE - 3.50 MAGNA CUM LAUDE - 3.70 SUMMA CUM LAUDE - 3.90 Students completing a second bachelor’s degree will be eligible to graduate with honors only if they meet all graduation with honors criteria using credits earned after their prior graduation. GRADUATION WITH THOMAS E. BELLAVANCE HONORS Undergraduate students graduating with Thomas E. Bellavance University Honors have completed at least 21 hours of coursework in the Thomas E. Bellavance Honors Program and have completed a Research/Creative Project or a Senior Honors Thesis. A minimum grade point average of 3.50 is also required, as is an Outcomes Portfolio reflecting campus citizenship. Undergraduate students graduating with Thomas E. Bellavance General Honors have completed at least 13 hours of coursework in the Thomas E. Bellavance Honors Program under the two-year program plan. Students have completed both a Research/Creative Project and a Senior Honors Thesis. A minimum grade point average of 3.50 is also required, as is an Outcomes Portfolio reflecting campus citizenship. Today’s recognition of graduates and those who will achieve University and Thomas E. Bellavance Honors is tentative pending certification of all graduation requirements.
