NCAA Super Regional • The junior tossed six shutout innings in relief without allowing a hit and striking out eight in the series opener against OU. • The righty has been a go-to out of the bullpen with an ERA of 1.56 and 49 punchouts in 34 2/3 innings of relief work. GOING TO THE PEN • The UCF bullpen has had one of the best season in the last 20 years with an ERA of 2.87 and 271 strikeouts. • Opponents are hitting just .199 off the Knights relievers this season.
