With the help of science we have discovered many hidden truths in nature. Due to this for solving the problems of making our day to day life more comfortable many research work are conducted. Research made science more vast and opened thousands of doors for career and human development. Science also helped us in many ways to erase superstitions and gave new view to look towards science and technology so the study of science definitions, nature, types fundamental concepts is helpful in overall development of society therefore in this part we are going to see definition of science and other information of science and technology. 1.2 Developing a Curriculum 1.2.1 Science and Technology: Definition, Nature, Scope Over the course of human history, people have developed many interconnected and validated ideas about the physical and non physical world. Those ideas have enabled successive generations to achieve an increasingly comprehensive and reliable understanding of the nature. The means used to develop these ideas are particular ways of observing, thinking, experimenting, and validating. These ways represent a fundamental aspect of the nature of science and reflect how science tends to differ from other modes of knowing.Science is the desired human effort to understand or to understand better, the history of the natural world and how the natural world works, with observable physical evidences as the basis of that understanding. It is done through observation of natural phenomena and through experimentation that tries to simulate natural processes under controlled conditions with the help of this man achieved developments. Very few modern people continued traditional life style from centuries or ago traveling carts pulled by draft animals, cooking over fires, herding sheep and cattle, sleeping in poorly heated huts. The advantages of modern lifestyle are too great for most of us to pass up. Some of us will nonetheless wakeup to our clock radios flip on the electric light shower in our heated water carried by plumbing, using refrigerator, oven and gas for cooking 2 traveling by automobiles or airplanes and watching television broadcast via satellite our opinion that traditional understandings of the world are superior to those developed by science in the modern era. We can understand more with the help of following definition. Science Science comes from a Latin word scientia it means to know the meaning, to gain knowledge or to understand the nominal form of verb scire, “to know”.
