Claude Closky, Lu- cas Henao Serna, Seulgi Lee, Marylène Negro, Yonatan Vinitsky ont été invités à travailler spécifiquement pour ce support, regroupés autour d’un projet qui fera exister des oeuvres hors des lieux conventionnels de l’art. Ce dispositif transportable sera mis en place dans un grand nombre d’espaces avec un minimum de moyens. Il motivé par la volon- té de questionner l’accès à l’art, la production des oeuvres et la façon dont celles-ci interpellent le public. Potentiels évoqués visuels pourra aussi bien avoir lieu à la fenêtre d’une chambre d’hôtel dont on aura remplacé les rideaux, face imprimée vers la rue et les passants que dans un centre d’art, une vitrine de magasin, en plein air ou dans un hall de gare. Pour commencer, c’est avec grand plaisir que nous le présenterons pour sa première occurrence derrière les fenêtres de Florence Loewy à Paris.

‘Potential visual evocations’ is a travelling exhibition printed on a 2,80 x 5 meters curtain. Claude Closky, Lucas Henao Serna, Seulgi Lee, Marylène Negro, Yonatan Vinitskty have been invited to produce a specific work on this medium and to participate in a project which enables works of art to exist and to be presented outside conventional art spaces. This itinerant exhibition, can easily be moved and shown in a number of places with limited means. This exhibition project is challenging, it questions the access to art, the production of art works and its impact on the public. ‘Potential visual evocations’ could for example be hanged on a window of a hotel or apartment room, the curtain facing the street to be seen by the passers-by. It might take place in an exhibition space, or in a shop window and why not in the departure hall of a railway station. For its first occurrence it is shown behind the window of Florence Loewy gallery in Paris from the 3rd to the 24th of September 2016. www.potentielsevoquesvisuels.info
