By Roohi Abdullah Submitted to the Department of Urban Studies and Planning on May 20, 1999 in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Degree of Master in City Planning ABSTRACT The private water vending industry in Karachi is an important source of water service delivery in Karachi, Pakistan.
