Suresh, R/o Hyderabad has filed a Complaint dated 29-01-2018 which was received by this Commission on 29-01-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / Medical Officer, O/o the Primary Health Centre, Kulcharam Mandal, Medak District-500090. 2. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 21-11-2017 under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, before the PIO seeking following information: 3. The PIO has not furnished the sought information to the complainant. 4. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 16-04- 2019. On 16-04-2019 the case is called. The complainant and the Public Information Officer, Medical Officer, O/o the PHC, Kulcharam Mandal are present. The complainant submitted that he did not receive the sought information from the PIO. The Public Information Officer submitted that the 6(1) application filed by the complainant was not received in their office. However, after receipt of copy of 6(1) application along with TSIC notice, the required information is made ready and would be furnished to the complainant. The Public Information Officer furnished information to the complainant in the presence of the Commission. Since information is furnished, the complaint is closed. The works covered during 2011 primarily included the following: completion of the ongoing projects in different regions, extension of the TNDRIP capacity building program to another 100 villages (1000 farmers) and initiate the MI capacity building programs with GGRC, Vadodara, policy interface with Government departments using the key results from the completed studies and working with SRTT partners in the north east regions on programs of mutual interest. In terms of research studies, ITP completed the studies initiated during 2010 which included: SRI adoption in Tamilnadu and Kerala, impact of rural power supply in selected states, river basin performance in Andhra Pradesh, climate change impacts in Godavari, Krishna and Cauvery basins, irrigation subsidies in canal irrigation, performance of Krishi Mahotsav in Gujarat, weather based crop insurance in Andhra Pradesh, impact of MGNREGS in Tamilnadu, financial performance of irrigation sector in India, water harvesting and agrarian economy in Gujarat and impact of tank conversion into percolation ponds in Karnataka.

The proposed 93rd Constitutional Amendment, to make education a FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT has brought the focus on to "Free and Compulsory Elementary Education". Several programmes are being implemented to convert this vision into a reality. Micro level plans are being prepared with district, as unit of planning. The need for efficient flow of information right from school/habitation level is vital in micro level planning. The effort for Universalization of Elementary Education will require not only district/mandal level data but also habitation level data. It is necessary to prepare habitation level plans and registers on all the key indicators, some of which are incorporated in this publication. Information on important parameters like educational institutions, enrolment, teachers. Special Schools and Teacher Education Institutions are furnished in this publication. Key education indicators like gross enrolment ratios, dropout rates, teacher - pupil ratios and performance in S.S.C Examination are also mcluded, which will enable the planners to know the efficiency of the system well as wastage. The mandal-wise database is created in Oracle and a text file of the documents is provided in a floppy.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— PART I PRELIMINARY 1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. Short title. 2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Definitions. (a) “appointed day” means the day which the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; (b) “article” means an article of the Constitution; (c) “assembly constituency”, “council constituency” and “parliamentary constituency” have the same meanings as in the Representation of the People 43 of 1950.
