Respondent : The Public Information Officer (U/RTI Act,2005) / O/o the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shankarampet(R) Mandal, Medak District - 502248 ORDER Sri Sameer Khan has filed complaint dated 05-08-2019 which was received by this Commission on 06-08-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ The Deputy Tahsildar, Kulcharam Mandal, Medak District. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 27-06-2018 before the Public Information Officer/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsapur Division, Medak District requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned: TSIC The Public Information Officer/ O/o the Divisional Administrative Officer, Narsapur through Lr.No. C/RTI/467/2018 dated 10-07-2018 transferred the application to the Public Information Officer/ Naib Tahsildar, Kulcharam Mandal, Medak District to furnish the sought information to the complainant directly. The Public Information Officer through Lr.No. B/480/2019 dated 26-07-2019 furnished available information to the complainant. Stating that the complainant was not satisfied with the reply of the Public Information Officer, he preferred this complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Basing on the material papers available on record, the complaint is taken on file PTO Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required. 2 In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, the case is heard over phone on 01.06.2020 with prior intimation to the concerned parties. The appellant responded and submitted that part information was furnished by the Public Information Officer and he has not satisfied with the information furnished by PIO. The Public Information Officer, O/o the Tahasildhar, Kulcharam Mandal responded and submitted that information was furnished to the appellant vide letter No. B/480/2019 dated 26.07.2019. Heard the appellant and the Public Information Officer and perused the material papers available on record. The Commission observed that the Public Information Officer, has furnished part information to the appellant vide letter No. B/480/2019 dated 26.07.2019. Since, the appellant has not satisfied with the information furnished by the Public Information Officer, this Commission directs the Public Information Officer, O/o the Tahasildhar, Kulcharam Mandal, Medak district to allow the appellant for verification of records on 15.06.2020 with prior intimation to the appellant to obtain the specific information and further directed to report compliance to the Commission. In view of the above, the case is closed. The need for efficient flow of information right from school/habitation level is vital in micro level planning. The effort for Universalization of Elementary Education will require not only district/mandal level data but also habitation level data. It is necessary to prepare habitation level plans and registers on all the key indicators, some of which are incorporated in this publication. Information on important parameters like educational institutions, enrolment, teachers. Special Schools and Teacher Education Institutions are furnished in this publication. Key education indicators like gross enrolment ratios, dropout rates, teacher - pupil ratios and performance in S.S.C Examination are also mcluded, which will enable the planners to know the efficiency of the system well as wastage. The mandal-wise database is created in Oracle and a text file of the documents is provided in a floppy.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— PART I PRELIMINARY 1. This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. Short title. 2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Definitions. (a) “appointed day” means the day which the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; (b) “article” means an article of the Constitution; (c) “assembly constituency”, “council constituency” and “parliamentary constituency” have the same meanings as in the Representation of the People 43 of 1950.
