Der Beschwerdeführer reiste spätestens am 25.06.2015 unrechtmäßig und schlepperunterstützt in das österreichische Bundesgebiet ein und stellte am selben Tag den gegenständlichen Antrag auf internationalen Schutz, zu welchem der Beschwerdeführer am 26.06.2015 vor der PI-Spielfeld AGM erstbefragt wurde. Nach Zulassung seiner Verfahrens wurde die beschwerdeführende Partei am 19.07.2016 von einem Organwalter des Bundesamtes für Fremdenwesen und Asyl (BFA) im Beisein eines dem Beschwerdeführer einwandfrei verständlichen Dolmetschers für die Sprache DARI niederschriftlich einvernommen (siehe Niederschrift, AS 43). 2. Im Rahmen seiner Erstbefragung am 26.06.2017 gab der Beschwerdeführer zu seinem Fluchtgrund an, dass er in Afghanistan bei einer Baufirma als Maler gearbeitet habe. Die Firma habe Wohnungen für Polizisten modernisiert. Aus diesem Grund habe er Probleme mit den Taliban bekommen, er sei mit seinem Leben bedroht worden, falls er diese Tätigkeit weiter ausüben sollte. 3. Im Rahmen seiner Einvernahme vor dem Bundesamt für Fremdenwesen und Asyl am 19.07.2016 gab der Beschwerdeführer zu seinen Fluchtgründen befragt an, dass seine Probleme bereits begonnen haben, als er noch zur Schule gegangen sei.

    PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS March 16 - March 31, 2011 STABILIZATION Sub-District Six Manager Increases Service Delivery in Kandahar City’s Zor Shar Area: Following the successful completion of 13 community stabilization grants (CSGs) in Kandahar City’s sub-district six, USAID’s Local Governance and Community Development project worked with the sub-district six manager and local wakils (leaders) to extend programming into the Zor Shar area. In preliminary engagements with the wakil and USAID, representatives from the villages of Bismillah Jan, Noor Mohammad, and Hajji Salih Mohammad aired grievances concerning the Community members work on the drainage improvements in Bisimallah Jan Village of Zor Shar poor state of their main roads. The grants were designed to improve road conditions by funding construction and rehabilitation activities that included 650 meters of drainage, 95 concrete slabs for drainage cover, 70 meters of sidewalk, and 730 meters of road gravelling, while generating approximately 2,300 person-days of employment. In March, the community of Bismillah Jan Village completed its project and the communities of Noor Mohammad and Hajji Salih Mohammad reached 50 percent completion. Through these CSGs, the sub-district six manager is putting into action Hamkari de Kandahar Lepara - the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s plan to build stability in Kandahar City through improved local governance.
