Strategic planning work Michael Kosmala and Beau Bennett from Coraggio Group gave a review of the strategic planning process thus far. We are now in the process “home stretch” before the Executive Board has the opportunity to approve the plan on July 24. An engagement summary demonstrated the multiple input and feedback touch points for stakeholders throughout the process. The group examined draft strategic clarity elements as a system, with all elements working together to create a story. Members asked questions and provided suggestions for improvement in the strategic clarity elements and strategic objectives.
