MEETING ROOMS IN WASHINGTON COUNTY LIBRARIES

Aloha Community Library • Library Community Room is unavailable for public use until further notice.

Banks Public Library • Library meeting room unavailable until Library Expansion Project is complete. Local groups may inquire at the library for alternate locations, which include City Hall Council Chambers, when available. • Inquiries and reservations regarding Council Chambers use may be directed to Jolynn Becker, City Manager or Angie Lanter, City Recorder, at 503 324-5112. • User must fill out a use application form before the day of use. A few restrictions do apply. • Charge is $7/hour. All groups must pay fees, except City of Banks and affiliated departments & committees (Banks Library, WCCLS, and Banks Friends of the Library).

Cedar Mill Community Library • One large (or divide into two smaller) meeting rooms are available in the library, capacity 76.

Garden Home Community Library • The GHCL Annex is across the street from the library. • Non-profit and community groups may reserve this space during library hours when not needed for library activities. Hillsboro Public Libraries • Hillsboro Main Library and Shute Park Branch have meeting rooms which may be reserved both by

non-profit and for-profit organizations. Sherwood Public Library • Community Rooms are available at Sherwood City Hall and at the Sherwood Police Department for reservation Mon-Fri, 8-5, to governmental, intergovernmental and not-for-profit organizations when not needed for City activities. Please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at 503 625-4213 to check room availability at City Hall and to request a Room Use Application. Tigard Public Library • Three study rooms are available in the library for groups of six or fewer. Rooms may be reserved for two hours per day and may be reserved up to one week in advance. There is no fee. Call the reference desk at 503 718-2517 to reserve a study room.

Tualatin Public Library • One small study room for 1-4 people. Groups and individuals may reserve room up to 4 weeks in advance. Reservations by calling 503 691-3072. • One conference room for 1-10 people. Groups of 2 or more may reserve room up to 4 weeks in advance; individuals may use the room same day if available. Reservations by calling 503 691-3072. • Community Room, seating up to 60. Non-profit organizations may reserve the Library Community Room up to 3 months in advance.
